Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center is currently accepting applications for our Manager in Training program. We are a fast-growing, locally owned entertainment business with eleven locations

in Georgia and Alabama. Our current locations include: Huntsville, Stone Mountain, Loganville, Dacula, Buford, Sandy Springs, Dallas, Woodstock, Columbus, Cumming, and Augusta with plans to

We Are Seeking: We need highly guest service driven individuals that are eager to learn about and embody the core values of our growing family business. As a Manager in Training you will learn all aspects of the entertainment center. You also will likely work alongside the two owners, Chris and Jack, who love to get away and play any chance they get! The ideal candidate is a highly ambitious upcoming college graduate or new grad with a positive demeanor and outgoing personality. In the Stars and Strikes Management in Training Program, we support you every step of the way, so you may consider every possibility we have to offer. If you’re seeking an excellent career path in a fun, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Come be a part of the fun! A Typical Day in the Life of The Manager in Training:

- Learn the core values of Stars and Strikes along with all of the fun services we provide to our guests in an intensive 4-6-month training program in all departments

- Work in rotation at any of our 11 locations to gain valuable experience - Boost company sales through excellent guest service - Lead sales associates to meet their highest potential in guest service and sales - Monitor and analyze weekly reports to assess business and sales performance - Learn aspects of Bowling, Arcade, Back of House, Front of House, and Facilities

What We Require:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required; Business or Hospitality degree preferred but not required

- Excellent analytical skills with strong leadership abilities - Exceptional communication, problem solving, and computer skills - Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team setting - Ability to stay objective and professional in all situations - Ability to exude excellent guest service to every guest that walks through the door - Strong organizational skills
