The need to reduce costs in both favourable and unfavourable business climates presents

the ideal opportunity for innovative thought and creative cost effective implementation.

No matter the condition of the economy, responsible entrepreneurs should be on their

toes at all times. Significant reduction in expenses could easily constitute the difference

between your company showing a net profit or loss. In small business, maintaining a

positive cash flow could be pivotal to the survival of the business and to plan for future

growth and expansion. In medium to larger businesses, reducing costs affects the satisfac-

tion of the shareholders, owners and members.

ManageIT heeds the call from government to create innovative business concepts and

successfully facilitate the sustainability of existing businesses and to support their growth

as well as to create employment. This indeed reflects on our core competence of best

practice in procurement.

A B O U T U SManageIT is a derivative of its parent company, Cadosi. In the last seven years Cadosi has managed to

provide its clients with excellent service and huge savings. The need for a “one stop” procurement house,

with companies’ procurement requirements all under one roof has become a necessity. The concept is

based on bulk buying power which we can offer organisations at prices that normally only blue chip

companies are able to negotiate, thus minimising operational costs.

ManageIT was created due to a demand in the

market place, from large corporate companies

to smaller entities so as to centralise their

procurement and payment systems in order to

lower costs in the non-essential parts of

their business.

Each department within a company has procurement requirements.

A member of this department will have been tasked to deal with the

day-to-day management of this requirement which ultimately creates a

disjointed management process. This is disruptive to the productivity, not

only of the relevant department, but to the company as a whole and

eventually affecting profitability.

Orders need to be approved and signed off by members of staff who have

portfolios other than procurement. This hinders their performance, creates

divided attention and could lead to a loss in profitability.

This may lead to hasty and irresponsible decision making, so as to allow them

to continue with their normal duties. ManageIT allows companies to redirect

their procurement requirements away from these staff members freeing up

time for their clients, reduce unnecessary stress and ultimately saving on

much needed resources.

REGULATED FAIR PRICING

Suppliers are known to exploit companies whose knowledge or expertise in

regard to specific products is inadequate or limited thus increasing monthly

operational expenses..

ManageIT has united an extensive number of companies spending millions

of Rands monthly on the same type of products. This has given ManageIT

exceptional influence in the market place with a magnitude of buying power.

Based on the exponential growth of ManageIT’s core companies grouping

together, we have become a strategic partner in every discipline of

procurement, as many companies have the same requirements yet their

budgets are not streamlined to allow for itemised procurement.

ManageIT strives to always provide an

exceptional service. As a group we aim to

give every client peace of mind. Once we

have completed your companies analysis,

generated the savings and regulated the

pricing, going forward your company will

never have to waste unnecessary time or

energy negotiating a better deal.

If you are able to source any products

cheaper, we encourage you to forward it onto

ManageIT. This will enable us to substantially

increase your current savings, bearing in mind

this will be done without jeopardising the

company supplying the product or service.

Every efficient company needs to generate

a reasonable profit to present you with a

superior service and savings you deserve.
