wholly black-owned and managed company, with 60% of the Executive Management team being youth.

A level 1 B-BBEE company with 26% of the shareholding female-held.

The Board composition comprises of 1 Non-Executive Board Director;

as well as 5 Board Directors - who oversee the operations of the organisation.

The Sauce/Mayo Processing plant is situated on a facility that is 2600 square-metres big.

The Sauce Plant capability is currently set to produce up to 315tonnes of volume per

month; with a daily production capability of between 15 – 20 tonnes of volume in an 8-

hour production run.

Provision for a 350kVa generator for electrical back-up usage, to ensure continuous

production in the plant.

60,000 litre water storage tank, which will be utilised in the event of a water supply

shortage.

A filling line that runs at a speed of up to 40 bottles per minute on the retail line and up

to 5 buckets on the bulk line per minute.

This speed is set to ensure and manage delivered volumes to clients with constant product availability for our retail and bulk

clients.

Mayo Plant capability is set to produce up to

10tonnes within an 8-hour production run.

The 260g Pele-Pele Sauce will have 70,000 bottles produced across the following 3 flavours:

Nyana™ Lemon Mild

Ncaaa™ Medium

Tjerr™ Hot

*The Ayeye™ Hot variant will be launched in June 2021

With a tonnage total of 18,2tonnesof sauce.

Relish Made up of fresh vegetables which includegreen chilli and jalapeño to bring the heat;vegetable oil to tenderise and maintain therelishes’ smoothness; vinegar to stabilize allthe goodness; exotic spices to provide thatunique and distinct flavour and finally chutneyto balance off the heat.

This product can be used as a dip, marinade orside condiment salad with any vegetarian,vegan or red meat (cooked, fried, boiled orbraaied) dish; as well as in various other wayswithin multiple cuisines.

It can additionally be used as a sandwich filleror topping in kota’s, burgers, hotdogs,pizza’s, and samoosas to give a uniqueaddictive taste.

This product is also brilliant as a flavourant instews, casseroles and curries.

The Pele-Pele sauce, is a blended form of ourpopular Makhamisa™ relish; it containsadded lemon notes to provide you with heavy(Nyana®) to subtle (Ncaaa®, Tjerr® & Ayeye®)acidic notes to round off that moerse bitefound in the Pele-Pele sauces.

Use it as a dip, a sandwich spread or for anadded tantalising addictive taste; use as anadd-in sauce for burgers, hotdogs, hotwings,stir-frys and fries. This product is moerselekker in seafood dishes including fish,calamari and prawns

The Pele-Pele sauce is also perfect as amarinade and basting sauce for white andred meat; as well as is a meat productflavourant - to give it a distinct flavourful andfiery taste.
