Executive Summary: The Objective: The following document is a Proposal f or a 10-City Tour on the East Coast. This tour will provide R&B and Hip-Hop lovers with the best live performances ever seen. Perf ormers like, I velice “EVI E” Quezada ; 3Ten; Kraf t-The Legacy; Tex; Brasco; Butch; Sunn; with other guest appearances. These unsigned artists each have their own unique twist. An opportunity like this is priceless f or both sponsors and artists. This is the fi rst unsigned artist’s tour to leave Philadelphia. Each artist unique style will bring something diff erent to each performance. The tours we present will become a “Tour on Demand”. This document will include the reason this type of tour is needed, and the benefi ts f or taken this approach. The “Make a Move” Tour will provide all music enthusiasts with entertainment that will be remembered f or years to come. This tour will prove that our artists are all original, widely-appealing, and exceptionally talented. The seven (7) artists selected will deliver hot renditions of their own original songs each and every night on stage! This tour was developed because there is a limited amount of exceptional, complete and professional artists with good material and a true passion f or music. The team members involved with this tour have invested many hard hours in the entertainment industry as artist management in show placements as well as promotions and showcasing these artists assigned to this tour. With that in mind, these members have the knowledge to develop and deliver the best acts on the road to give an excellent concert, while creating brand names f or themselves with the help of promoters, and sponsors.

Executive Summary: (cont.) Most unsigned artists have studio albums completed and no way to be promoted, market or advertise their product(s). This tour will give that opportunity to these seven (7) very talented artists we have selected to participate in this venue. These artists will prove that they are stars and they have what it takes to make this a “Tour on Demand”. We will give this same opportunity to various other artists as we continue to create the venues. This show (concert) is not only reasonably priced, but we will have available a compilation CD of the top three (2) singles of each f eatured artists on this tour. These CD’s will be sold at $10.00 per CD.

The Opportunities:

The “Make a Move”™ Tour Group is giving opportunities f or businesses to sponsor this f abulous tour of wonderful artists. We know that this is a great opportunity f or you to get your business known throughout the country. We will be in 10 cities around the country promoting our artists and your businesses. You will have an opportunity to get promotional radio/ television drops in each city that we perf orm in; we will also announce your company’s name at each show live. This concert series will also have television coverage in some of the cities that the artists perf orm in. Sponsoring is also a cost-eff ective way to enhance your company’s recognition and help strengthen your relationships with community and youth. Sponsorship benefi ts vary and will be discussed and fi nalized in cooperation with each individual Sponsor. Sponsors can receive exclusive benefi ts including the opportunity to speak, exhibit, promote, publicize and most of all network with the community and artists, promoters, managers and record labels at this event and most of all it is tax deductible. We realize that sponsors are great in their eff orts to support artists in the industry and the “Make a Move”™ Tour Group appreciates any and all eff orts that will help to promote positive music around the country. Technical Approach: Tour bus transportation will be needed to and f rom hotels, scheduled events and attractions including returned destination. Hotel accommodations f or our artists are two to a room with one or two nights in five (5) cities. The hotel should be in or near the event cities, including full use of all f acilities. Assistance f rom hotels will be requested to accommodate 36 individuals. Each artist will receive a bonus at the beginning of the tour. Each artist will provide his or her own food f or breakfast/ lunch/ dinner for most meals. No alcohol will be served and no drugs will be allowed. Full time assistance of a professional tour conductor throughout the tour is needed to see to all details of the hotels, coaches, events and other activities. Admission fees to each event should be budgeted at $10.00 to $40.00 per head.
