LETTER FROMTHE CHAIRMAN
Building on the success and experience; we have partnered with SIAC construction and real estate group and we decided to summon our expertise and establish MAJARRAH.
We have chosen the location to be in 6th of October city as we have always had a vision for this city being the most suitable location for industries and businesses… Just as we co-founded the “6th of October Investors Association” and we were among those who established their businesses there.
The core business of MAJARRAH is to develop and manage business-to-business real estate projects as iconic landmarks in coordination with the best national and international calibers, design firms, and consultants then offering them for sale or lease.

بعد أن حقق كل منا نجاًحا في مجالة الخاص، قررنا المشاركة والتعاون مع مجموعة سياك لإلنشاءات واإلستثمار العقارى فى إنشاء شركة مجرة والتي تعتبر كياًنا عقارًيا متخصًصا فى المشاريع العقارية لقطاع األعمال، معتمدين في ذلك على ما نمتلكه
من حس مهني وخبرة في اإلستثمار تؤهل مجرة لملء فراغ كبير في سوق العقارات الخاصة بقطاع األعمال.
نحن ندرك حاجة قطاع األعمال إلى من يملك الخبرة المحلية والعالمية في مجال العقارات، لذا تأسست مجرة في عام 2007 برأس مال مصري 100٪ وبأسهم نمتلك أكثرها وشركة سياك ذات السجل الحافل بالمشاريع اإلنشائية والعقارية لقطاع األعمال،
مما يعطي مجرة الخبرة المهنية والمعرفة العملية.
وألننا لدينا نظرة بعيدة المدى لمدينة السادس من أكتوبر، وكنا من أوائل الذين أنشأوا أعمالهم بها فقد شاركنا فى تأسيس جمعية مستثمري السادس من أكتوبر، وبالتالى فقد تم إختيارها مقرًا لشركة مجرة وكذلك لعدد من مشروعاتها.
الوطنية والدولية الكوادر بالتنسيق مع أفضل مجرة حول تطوير مشروعات عقارية لقطاع األعمال والشركات أعمال تتمحور وشركات التصميم واإلستشاريين، ثم عرضها بعد ذلك للبيع أو اإليجار ثم إدارتها على أعلى مستوى.
نهدف إلى جعل مشروعات شركة مجرة عالمة فارقة في القطاع العقاري لتخدم مجاالت األعمال المختلفة سواًء إدارية أو تجارية ومن ثم تقديم أرقى وأفضل الخدمات للمجتمع.
