To implement KAIZEN in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of teaching and learning process.

በዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የካይዘን ትገበራ ፕሮግራም

ዝርዝር አላማዎች  ከፍተኛ አመራሩና ሰራተኛው ስለ ካይዘን ግንዛቤ እንዲኖረው ማድረግ ስለ 5S እውቀት መፍጠርና መተግበር 7 ቱን የብክነት መንስኤዎች መለየትና መቀነስ ወይም ማስወገድ ሰባቱን የጥራት ማስጠበቂያ መሳሪያዎች (SEVEN QC TOOLS) ስራ ላይ ማዋል ጥራት ማስጠበቂያ ቡድን (QUALITY CIRCULE) ስራ ላይ ማዋል የካይዘን ቀጣይነት ማረጋገጫ ሰሌዳን (KAIZEN BOARD) ስራ ላይ ማዋል

• KAIZEN can be built in and run with an integrated and company-wide approach with top management, middle managers and front-line employees. – the three actors
