The Autobag PaceSetter PS 125 OneStep is a compact, tabletop bagger ideal for mid-volume fulfillment operations. In this application, the built-in imprinter is used to interface with a database for printing order information, address, and barcodes directly onto the mailbag. This semi-automatic system replaces the need for separate printing and hand-affixing labels and produces up to 15 packages per minute.

The costs for materials and postage are reduced. The company saves an average of $0.17 postage per package because the mailbags weigh less than padded envelopes. At 5000 packages per day, this equates to $850 per day in postage savings alone.

The Autobag AB 180 OneStep is a high-productivity bag packaging system for dynamic mail order operations. In this demanding application, the bagger is fully integrated with shipping and customer databases for 1:1 personalized order fulfillment. A wide range of sports apparel is hand inserted into bags, so fast changeover of bag sizes is important. Graphics, text and bar code information is printed directly onto the bag just before it is opened, filled and sealed. AirPouch® Void-Fill AirPouch® FastWrap™ Protective Wrapping

AirPouch air pillows offer many advantages over peanut, foam or paper packing materials. This pre-formed pillow material comes fan-folded in boxes that contain up to 4,000 feet of unfilled pillows, reducing the cost of shipping and storage. Pillows are cleaner and easier to handle than other packing materials, and offer better visibility of the product inside the box. Plus, only AirPouch pillows feature our exclusive EZ-Tear™ perforations, allowing packers to easily tear off just the right amount of material they need. The pillows are filled and sealed on-demand using a compact, all-electric system that can be placed directly at the packing station, or integrated with a variety of accessories used to supply multiple packing stations simultaneously. AirPouch is the first to offer a knifeless design, eliminating the primary wear item found in all other systems in its class. AirPouch void-fill air pillows are available in a variety of sizes and film types that can be plain or custom printed with your own unique message. Customer-preferred EarthAware™ biodegradable and recycled materials come in standard green tints to showcase your use of environmentally-friendly packing materials.

FastWrap protective cellular cushions feature our patent-pending, channel-filled, honeycomb pattern that offers maximum protection in wrapping and interleaving applications. A single, compact box of material produces 1385 feet of protective wrapping, equal to 5½ rolls of bundled bubble material. FastWrap bubbles are filled in a continuous sheet that is perforated every 10”, making it convenient for packers to tear off just what they need for fast and efficient packing. FastWrap tubes are perforated between each tube, reducing material waste in block-and-brace applications.

AirPouch FastWrap bubbles and tubes are filled on-demand, as needed, at the packing station, eliminating the storage and handling requirements of bulky, pre-filled materials. Equipment accessories, such as an optional winder and storage hopper make it easy to supply multiple packing stations from one portable, all electric system.

Our standard DC2™ LLDPE film is a durable, puncture-resistant material ideal for most shipping and storage applications, and is available with our EarthAware™ biodegradable additive. Premium, EarthAware biodegradable co-extruded film is recommended for longer term distribution cycles. All EarthAware films are available in a standard green tint for customer awareness.
