Note:- This Guide is only for Odoo Bridge For Magento (Odoo 11.0).

1. MOB Installation

1.1 Magento:

Place files inside magento directory.

Then do cache management by going through below path,

“System -> Cache Management ”

After clearing cache. Do logout and then re-login to Magento.

Then new tab “Odoo Mapping” will be appear.

Note:- This Guide is only for Odoo Bridge For Magento (Odoo 11.0).

1.2 Odoo :

Place MOB files inside your Odoo addons.

Then give the correct ownership and permission to the modules.

Next you need to activate developer mode in you odoo from admin user.

Then do update app list at Odoo.

Then install the both magento bridge module.

Note:- This Guide is only for Odoo Bridge For Magento (Odoo 11.0).

After Installation “Magento Odoo Bridge” menu will be appear.

Now Click on the “Magento Odoo Bridge” and follow the tooltip to configure

the connection.

2. Connection Setting

2.1 Odoo Configuration at Magento:

For Odoo configuration below Odoo credential are required,

Odoo Url

Odoo Port

Odoo Database

Odoo User Name

Odoo User Password

2.1.1 SOAP User Creation :

For SOAP user go through below path,

“System -> Web Services -> SOAP/XML-RPC - Users”

For SOAP roles go through below path,

“System -> Web Services -> SOAP/XML-RPC - Roles”

Note:- This Guide is only for Odoo Bridge For Magento (Odoo 11.0).

2.1.2 Odoo Connection:

For Odoo connection go through below path,

“Odoo Mapping -> Odoo Configuration”

Then click on “Create New Odoo Configuration”

2.1.3 Default Setting for MOB:

To change default setting go through below path,

“Odoo Mapping -> Odoo Configuration”

Order Setting :

click on “Order Synchronization Setting”.

You can enable below option here,

Auto Order

Auto Invoice

Auto Shipment

Save Magento order as draft state at Odoo.

Note: In order to sync Sales Order from Magento to Odoo. If you wants order should be

sync in draft state only at odoo end then you have to disable the "Auto Invoice" and

"Auto Shipment" setting also along with the "Draft State" to Yes

Other automatization setting:

click on “Automatic Synchronization Setting”.

You can enable below option here,

Auto Category Export/Update.

Auto Product Export/Update.

Auto customer Export/Update.

Auto tax Export/Update.

Auto inventory synchronization(During product creation it enable to

sync magento inventory from Magento to Odoo).

Note: Product inventory can’t update from Magento to Odoo. It only export once from Magento

by enabling “Inventory Synchronization” during product creation from Magento to Odoo.

Inventory can be update from Odoo to Magento.

Reset Mapping:

To reset all mapping data at Magento.Follow below steps.

Click on “Reset Mapping setting”.

Then click on “Reset All Mapping Data” button.

2.2 Configuration of Magento at Odoo:

For Magento configuration below Magento credential are required,

Magento Base Url

Api Credentials

Api User Name

Api Password

2.2.1 Connection at Magento:

For Odoo connection go through below path,

2.2.2 Default Setting for MOB:

To change default setting go through below path,

“Magento Odoo Bridge -> Settings”

Products:

Create a discount/coupon product which will use in sale order to manage

sale order discount/coupon.

Stock Synchronization:

Quantity on hand (Product Quantity will sync According to Quantity on

hand Field.)

Forecast Quantity (Product Quantity will sync according to Forecast

Quantity (Quantity On Hand + Incoming Quantity - Outgoing Quantity)).

Sale Order:

Magento Payment Term (Set payment term which will used in Sale orders

which are coming from Magento.)

Magento Sales Team (Set sales team which will used in Sale orders which

are coming from Magento.)

Magento Sales Person (Set sales person which will used in Sale orders

which are coming from Magento.)

Sale Order Operation:

Note:- This Guide is only for Odoo Bridge For Magento (Odoo 11.0).

Enable auto shipment, invoice and cancel to manage shipment, invoice and cancel

option from Odoo to Magento.

Reset Mapping at Odoo end:

To delete all odoo mapping folow below path

“Magento Odoo Bridge -> Bulk Synchronization ”

Click on “Reset All Mapping”.
