I like this magazine name because it is plain and clear so that it is easily recognizable for the costumers who are buying it. Although it may be criticised for being to boring I think that the plainness of it makes it stand out clearly on the magazine. The name is relevant to the genre of music as one of the definitions as a verb is ‘enjoy oneself by listening to or dancing to popular music’ this shows that in this magazine that popular well known music will be in there and news about the biggest artist.

• I like this magazine name as it has a colour theme of red white and black which makes the magazine name easily reconginizable with the magazine brand as when the reader sees these colours on the front of a magazine they will immiedetly know what the magazine is. Also the magazine name is relatable to the genre of music as it is a abbreviation of ‘new music express’ which shows to the reader that the latest music will be inside the magazine.

• This magazine name is good as it is eye catching because of the colours inside of the spaces of the letters but the font is quite a plain one so it is clear and easy for the reader to read and recognize making it simple but very effective. The reason why this name is used on the magazine are as billboards are used to advertise and they may use this on their front cover to advertise what's in the magazine but it isn’t really relatable to music or a genre.

The writing is also writ in quite classical font to insinuate the genre of music put in this magazine.
