Travis Callahan is a US qualified attorney with over 20 years of commercial and legal experience. During this time, Travis has
managed and advised in relation to over $20 billion of complex real estate, capital markets, restructuring and M&A transactions
throughout the world. In addition to his role of CEO of M&A Property Investors, most recently Travis was Group Vice President &
Senior Legal Counsel of the M&A and Venture Capital team of Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) where he managed cross-border M&A
transactions.
Travis’s other in-house corporate experience includes acting as General Counsel & Head of Financial Services of a prominent
offshore oil and gas company in the Netherlands. As an attorney, Travis practiced law in the United States and Australia with the
firms of Bingham McCutchen and Jones Day. Travis’s practice included the representation of some of the world's largest fund
managers, institutional investors, hedge funds, Wall Street proprietary desks, financial services companies and multi-national
corporations. While at Bingham McCutchen, Travis was a member of a small legal team recognized with the “Global Restructuring
Deal of the Year” and “European Restructuring Deal of the Year” awards for their work on the corporate reorganization of
Parmalat SpA.
In addition, Travis founded and managed a successful investment and portfolio management firm specialized in the acquisition
and divestiture of distressed commercial and residential real estate assets in the United States. Travis holds a Juris Doctorate
from Boston College School of Law. In addition Travis was enrolled in the Master’s of Banking and Finance program at Universität
St. Gallen (HSG) and holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from American International College. Travis is a US citizen
permanently living in Switzerland and is admitted to the bar to practice law in the United States.

Marc has nearly 32 years of broad experience in the international financial industry with major firms in Europe.
His expertise encompasses capital markets, portfolio management, corporate and project financing. From 1980 to 1990, Marc
worked for Finacor-Paris a leading European interbank-dealing house. In 1990, he joined Goldschmidt Financial Services where
he managed the Madrid branch until 1994. In 1995, Marc moved to Lugano to manage, for two years the Private Banking Dept. of
CDI a Swiss investment Bank. In 1997, he co-founded his own wealth management firm, Prima Fortune Asset Management. In
1999 he co-founded Millenium Capital Partners, a private equity real estate investment holding based in Luxembourg. As the
company’s Investment Strategist he was directly involved in successfully sourcing across Europe 22 projects worth € 220 million.
In July 2007, Marc left Millenium Group and joined M&A Property Investors to manage the firm’s PERE strategies. Marc holds a
Master’s degree in Econometrics from the Arts et Métiers Institut of Paris where he has spent much of his professional life.

Robert has extensive experience of more than 20 years in banking services in Switzerland. After his studies of economics at the
University of St. Gallen in 1989 he joined Kantonalbank St. Gallen with the rank of Officer.
From 1995 to 2001 is part of Banca Stato, the Kantonal Bank of Ticino as Deputy Director, being responsible for the
Organization and Development of the Retail Area, as well as the head of a team of 40 people.
In 2001 he joined Corner Bank in Lugano as head of the Secretariat of the General Management of the Bank with the rank of
Associate. From 2008 to 2009 is a member of the General Management and also Managing Director of Corporate Services at the
Ticino Banking Society. In 2009 – 2011 he collaborates with Eurotrend Investment SA as commercial Director for the acquisition
and development of the company. In December 2011 he joins M&A Property Investors Lugano as commercial Director for the
organization and development of Marketing as well as for the sourcing of new investments. Robert is bilingual Italian-German,
while he speaks also English and French. He loves sports, reading, music, and collects fine wines. He is also active in several
organizations and associations, therefore, well introduced in the context of the political, economic and social frame.

Jean-Francois has been a financial consultant for the past 9 years. Mostly involved with real estate deals, with a speciality
for the private equity sector pertaining to, merger and acquisition, financing and refinancing, transactions of residential,
commercial and mix use real estate assets.
Prior to this, Jean-Francois worked in the financial sector in various countries, with over 20 years of experience into this
industry, whether as a trader for banks and funds or interbank dealer.
Jean-Francois’s combined experience gives him the ability to handle complex real estate deals involving intricate financial
structures.
Within M&A, Jean-Francois, a partner, is responsible for the development of the M&A activities in Northern Europe.

Began his career in 1992 with the French Insurer AGF as Wealth Manager. In 1994, he joined Fidelity Investments managing
the Luxembourg branch office. In 1998 he joined UBS as head of Western Europe Desk Private Banking until 2004 where he
moved out to join the Wealth Management firm Assya as Managing Director. He was responsible for a team of 14, managing a
portfolio in excess of Eur 400 Million. In January 2015, Jean-Christophe joined M&A Property Investors to help develop
M&A’s business thanks to his extensive network and his sound 22 years of experience in Private Banking and Alternative
Investments. Jean-Christophe got a “Maitrise de Droit des Affaires” at the University of Strasbourg and a Doctorate in

Yannick joined Bank Rothschild & Cie in Octber 2003 to work in London and Paris as Emerging Markets analyst. In Feb
2005, Yannick was hired by Volswagen AG Corporate Finance as senior analyst for M&A deals linked with Private Equity
funds, selling participation in non-core activities. In the beginning of 2006, Yannick joined Bank SAFRA Luxembourg to
become the head of the LATAM portfolio with 500 USD Mil AUM. In Oct. 2010 Yannick got hired by BNP PARIBAS Geneva as
VP Relationship & Investment Manager (Portfolio Manager) for South American Clients. In Jan. 2015, Yannick joined M&A
Property Investors as Investment Manager to develop new opportunities in alternative investments mainly in Private Equity

Isabelle joined the banking world in 1986 with Citibank Luxembourg where she began her carreer as a Portfolio
Management trainee, to end up account manager after 10 years. In 1996 she moved to Dexia BIL Lux as account Manager
until 2002 and then moved to Bank IPPA & Partners until 2006 as account manager. From 2006 to 2008 she worked with
Deutsche Bank Lux as Private Banker. In 2008 Isabelle moved to Bank Privé E. de Rothschild Lux as Private Banker and in
mid 2010 she continued her carreer with Bank Degroof Lux as Senior Private Banker to develop the french and

Nesto began his carrer in 1988 as Development Engineer on infrastructures with Alcatel GSM and Bull Information system
and stayed there until 1992, and then joined IMMAFINE as Associate Director for Real Estate Finance Structuring french
REIT, Portfolio defeasance, arrangement of transaction. In 1996, he joined ABN AMRO Bank as Vice-President for Global
Real Estate division, managing over 1,5 Bln of commercial mortgage exposure. In 2001 he moved to Credit Agricole CIB
Paris/London as Executive Director of Head of European RE and Conduit Operations. From 2007 to Dec 2010 he served as
Managing Director of Dexia Real estate Capital Market in Paris and Seattle (USA). From 2010 to Nov 2014 he joined Cohen
& Co Financial Ltd as tied Agent Wealth Management in Paris. Nesto joined M&A Property Investors ‘ Team in Jan 2015 .

Prior to joining M&A Property Investors, Luca obtained a Master's of Science in Finance from the University of Lugano, as
well as a Bachelor's of Science in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University. In completing his Master’s studies,
Luca wrote his thesis dually at the universities of Ulm and Lugano on the topic of macroeconomic forecasting of
insolvencies in Germany. In addition, Luca completed studies at Universität St. Gallen focusing on Corporate Finance and
Financial Modeling as an Erasmus exchange student. Additionally, Luca completed an intensive German studies
program at the University of Konstanz, and continues to develop his German language skills.
In 2013, Luca worked on a Credit Risk Project at MVC & Partners, a Lugano-based investment fund dedicated to providing
custom financial solutions to the management projects, where he developed strategies for effective hedging of a bond
