Australia Day, it’s the celebra-tion of their land and what they have. For my special dinner I cooked some hamburgers, chicken and salmon on the grill. Also, I cooked some vegetables on the kitchen and for the dessert I made “cookies’n’ cream berry des-sert”, We ate this awesome food with some beers and natural juices. At the night we drank champagne and ate some cookies. I hope you could visit this country and celebrate like hundreds of people do it.

On July, 4th I invited to the Kennedy’s family to my apartment on New York, near of big apple, and I made my terrace a space full of the national colors of USA, all the decoration was white red and blue, I bought little flags and streamers; even I bought napkins with this colours.

The next day, on July 2nd, Charlie and Lola were waiting in front of the hotel to explain me what things I must cook to have an amazing celebration. They gave me many recipes to make a wonderful dinner on the 4th of july.

I must say that England is a very famous country that has a lot of interesting sto-ries, one of the most important is “Bonfire night” and a very famous actor of this is Guy Fawkes, who tried to explode the parliamentary office.
