The main aspect of the analysis is defining the boundaries of the system and determining whether or not the candidate system should consider the other related system. The existing system does not provide information in efficient manner.Proposed system: The proposed system will be accessibility of information related toExpenses could be maintained. Development of this proposed system would achieve following goals:- The proposed system provide easy of access of information about college. The proposed system provides various information to the college.

FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS:-Every project is feasible if given unlimited recourses and infinite time. Unfortunately the development of computer system is more likely to be plagued by scarcity of resources and difficult delivery dates. It is both necessary to evaluate the feasibility of a project at the earliest possible time. Months or years of efforts, a lot of money untold professionalism can be averted, study is carried out to check the workability of the proposed system. Feasibility study is a test of the proposed system regarding its workability use of resources.

THE THREE FEASIBILITIES ARE:- Ecosystem feasibility Technical feasibility Behavior feasibility

ECOSYSTEM FEASIBILITY:-As evaluation of the development cost weight against the ultimate income of benefit derived from the development system. Economical justification is generally the bottom line consideration for most of the system. But in general, this is the most frequent used method for most of the system. But in general, this is the most frequent used method for evaluating the effectiveness of candidate system. It mainly depends on the cost/Benefit analysis, the procedure is to determine the benefit and saving that are expected from the proposed system and compare them with the cost, and decision is to be made to design and implementation of the system.

TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY:- Technical feasibility centers on the existing manual system and to the extent a system can support with the current environment are checked. A study of the recourses availability to archive an acceptable system. The technical feasibility is one the main parameter on which the feasibility study the hardware and software requirement as well as the skills needed to complete the project were taken into consideration.

BEHAVIORAL FEASIBILITY:- In this feasibility consideration the staff whether they are accepting the new system or not, generally people inherently resist changing. As a part of this, a small survey was conduct among the users of the system. They were supportive and were conducted among the users of the system. They were supportive and were eager to use the system as soon as possible. By introducing the new system, the employees may easily accept this system because it is compact. There by the transition time from manual maintenance to the using the computer for the purpose is negligible.

ABOUT INTERNETIntroduction of computer:- Internet is a global collection of computer, which is lined together by cables and telephone lines making communication possible among them in a common language. Internet connects to whole world with each other with network. Through internet LAN and WAN both can be established. Internet Mail server and information is used for making common new group we can design an internet site without help of internet. The internet is a growing network established in 1960s in USA. Many people have helped in the developed of internet. The initial phase began in the fifties. In order to regain the space supremacy from USSR the US government created an agency called ARPA (Advanced Research Project Agency), with J.C.R. likelier as the head of computer department.

When you interlink a large number of pages of text on computers all over the world . You gets spider web like system of link and pages. This is known as the World Wide Web. A system where by pages stored a mainly different web servers, connected to internet, and is linked together. This system is useful because all of pages are created in the same format. This or language is called HTML (Hyper text markup language), a subset of an international standard for electronic document exchange called SGML (Standard generalized mark up language).

DHTML:- DHTML means dynamic markup language. Dynamic HTML is the way to add movement to page without compromising loading speed. Front page allows us to add DHTML features to element in our pages. We can animate an entire page.ADOBE PHOTOSHOP:- It is graphic software designed by Corel CorporationOf Canada . It gives us more facilities to create any type of graphics and its helps to modify them.JAVA SCRIPT:- Java script is a lightweight interpretive programming language with object oriented capabilities. The general-purpose core of the language has been embedded in Netscape navigator. Internet explorer and other web browser. For and embellished for web programming with the addition of window and its contents.FRONTPAGE:- The front page express follows you to create revise and manage an entire web as well as write, edit and format individual web page, well look hyperlink and HTML view.

Introduction to browser:- Browser is the software, which allows us to easily display web page and navigator the web. There are many flavors of web browser, but they can be grouped into two basic categories text only and graphical. A text only browser such as Linux allows you to visit web pages with out showing art or page structure. Essential you look at ASCII text on the screen. The advantage of a text only browser is that it displays web pages very fast. The reason for fast display is that it need not transfer images, voice and other media that occupy large amount of money. It we want to display the complete web page along with multimedia, we must a graphical browser such as Netscape navigator or I\E. Graphical browser can so picture, play sounds, and even run video clips. The advantages are that the text only counters parts and this waiting time can be striated even further with slow connection of heavy online traffic.THE WEB EXPLODES:-So it was not one single event that led to the web taking of in such a dramatic way, but several related event including. The easy availability of internet connection. The removal of restrictions to commercial development of the internet. Access to powerful graphical browsers such as mosaic and Netscape. And being recognize as leader in what is becoming a global market place. many corporation are turning to the web to increase their presence and visibility in todays market place ;after all the web is accessible from well over 100 countries

INTERNET OR INTRANET:- All this emphasis on the internet www and the availability of free web browser has led some computer atolls in corporate world to take at their internal network in a new light.The question asked most often is, how can we benefit from this explosion and tools and standard in our department even on our network? The answer is an internet and company network that uses the web standards or HTML and HTTP and the TCP/IP communication protocol with graphical department interdepartmental. BENEFIT OF AN INTERNET SOLUTION:-Following are some benefit to having an internet solution on thru www. Any organization or individual can have a global audience to market produce and services. Small star up companies as the same access to customers as larger more established competitors. Users have round the clock accessibility to information. Information can be update quickly and at a very low cost. Employee need little trainings to find information. Multimedia data types. Such as text. Audio and video, can be shared among groups. Internet limitation:-Although an internal solution provides many benefit in organizations there are some limiting factors consider especially regarding network security. As a stand alone network without any outside access to the internet. As a network with outside access to the internet for its user but shielded from external internal access.
