What is envisaged

Page 2: Lsg final

Need

• Minorities and weaker sections are routinely discriminated against

• State sides with upper castes and empowered• Judicial redressal of aberrations illusory• Judicial and administrative bias aggravates it• Civil society, pluralism, inclusiveness,

secularism all take a hit.

Does anyone doubt that there is a dire need for an organization to change this?

Page 3: Lsg final

Why• Speeches, detention, discrimination, effect• Jaisingh sings, you cannot, you are below par• The bail denial joke, the single case versus

umpteen cases case, the judiciary that wags … its tongue to suggest… blinkages

• Who has to be engaged… to engage with Justice

• Why we are not questioning every atrocity

WHAT IS THE FUTURE BRINGING ?

The future is bringing you thrills, action and an India you cannot imagine in your wildest dreams.

No one trains intensely without an intent to use the training acquired. When you train with weapons, you intend to use weapons.

What training you acquire and with what weapons tells the world what your intentions are.

A picture is worth a thousand words

The future awaits... your reply.

If you recognize a real need for what is being spoken of in this meeting, you need to act.The most cataclysmic events in history were not things that accompanied a bang or a roar – they were a silent thought, a quietly formed determination to stand up and be counted, to make a difference. The law need to be used to redress wrongs.

Page 21: Lsg final

The State has sent us all a message. It waits for a response. India awaits a response which shows we will not shy away from a challenge : show those who abuse the law and challenge our self respect, that throwing our community members in jails, foisting false cases on them, carries a solid legal as well as an electoral price tag.

Hindustan HamaraWe need to reclaim our destiny, our heritage of Constitutional rights, our rightful place in the country, in governance, in decision making, in affirmative action, in equality before the law…The word – spoken or written – has no worth or meaning… till it is translated into action.I sought action in April 2002. The time for action cannot forever remain in doubt.
