1. Dismount the cover on the spring side of the spool using a 5mm hexagon wrench.2. Press the lever to push the spool into it’s end position and mount the spring holder (can be bought
separately) over the centering spring.3. Use a 17mm socket wrench to loosen the spring bolt .4. Remove the lever link and dismount the console , then carefully pull the spool out from the valve body.5. Unscrew the spring bolt and separate the spring package from the spool.6. Dispose the old glyd rings and o-rings (on both sides of the valve) .7. Mount the small supplied o-ring inside the new glyd ring .8. Mount the new seal on the spring side of the spool.9. Compress the spring by hand or with a fitting tool and remove it. Mount the new spring (labeled blue) in
the spring holder , in the same way as the old spring.10. Remount the spring package and tighten the spring bolt by hand.

Inspect the spool and make sure that the surface is not affected by dirt or corrosion.
Do NOT attempt to mount the glyd ring from the lever side of the spool. The glyd ring will be severely damaged when it passes all the sharp edges on the spool.

11. Place the supplied grease on the spring package and around the spool on both sides of the seal.12. Place the supplied supplied large o-ring in the cavity on both sides of the valve.13. Gently push the spool back into the valve.14. Repeat step 7 and then push the new seal onto the spool end.15. Place the supplied grease around the spool on both sides of the seal and on the console.16. Remount the console and the lever link .17. Tighten the spring bolt with torque 6 ±1 Nm, before taking away the spring holder .18. Remount the spring cover .19. Repeat all steps on the remaining valve sections.
