Agora Microfinance Zambia (AMZ)* is a microfinance institution established in 2010 that began operations in 2011 and is dedicated to serving low-income, rural households in Zambia with appropriate financial products.
Mission-To contribute to the economic well-being of the poor through effective provision of appropriate financial services.
Vision- A Zambia where economic opportunities for the poor enable them to improve their livelihoods, move out of poverty and be equal members of society.

use of a tablet
2. The printing and Stationery cost is reduced due to non-printing of about 42,222
papers annually (Tonner cost, paper cost and time saved)
2 Collection of inflow and out flow data for clients

2. It takes almost the same time (15 minutes) to do tablet cash flow but it has reduced
arithmetical errors.

2. This has reduced the incident of Client Officers not visiting client livelihood and
