These two games will decide the season series with the Dodgers and Giants, and San Francisco currently leads, 9-8. Last year, the Giants won 11 of 19 games vs. Los Angeles. The Dodgers are a Major League-best 28-14 (.667) in day games this season. TINSEL TITLETOWN: The Dodgers have clinched the 2016 National League West Division championship, their fourth straight and 15th overall NL West title, as the club reached the postseason in four consecutive seasons for the first time in franchise history. The Dodgers are the first team in NL West history to win the division in four consecutive seasons. The last MLB team to win four straight division titles was the Detroit Tigers (2011-14, AL Central) and the last NL club to do so was the Phillies, who won the NL East in five consecutive seasons from 2007-11. Dave Roberts joins Tommy Lasorda (1977) as the only rookie managers ever to lead the Los Angeles Dodgers to a division title. In his first year as manager, Roberts has used a franchise record- tying 55 total players and 31 different pitchers (both records originally set last year) on a club that saw 28 different players spend time on the DL, the most for any team in the last 30 years since at least 1987. The Dodgers have reached 90 wins for the fourth consecutive season, a feat that had only previously been accomplished once in franchise history, 1951-56 (6). Since trailing the Giants by a season-high 8.0 games on June 26, the Dodgers are 50-33 (.602), the third-best record in the Majors behind the Cubs (54-31) and Red Sox (52-33). The Dodgers will open postseason play next Friday, Oct. 7 against Washington and are 2.0 games behind the Nationals with two to play for the NL’s second-best record/NLDS homefield advantage. Clayton Kershaw will start Game 1 of the NLDS and be followed by Rich Hill and Kenta Maeda in the postseason rotation. GIANT MEMORIES: On this date in 1993, Mike Piazza set a Dodger rookie record for RBI, driving in his 107 th run of the year against San Francisco to break the mark of 106 held by Del Bissonette since 1928. Two days later, the Dodgers knocked the Giants out of playoff contention behind two homers from Piazza in a 12-1 victory. Piazza recorded 112 RBI in ’93, tied for the seventh-most in a rookie season in NL history. OCTOBER BASEBALL, AGAIN: Limited single-game postseason tickets are on sale now for potential home games for the National League Division Series and NL Championship Series and can be purchased online at Dodgers.com/postseason. FINISHING STRONG: The Dodgers tied the Cubs and Mets for the National League’s best September record at 17-10 (.630) and topped the Senior Circuit with a 3.00 ERA (80 ER/239.2 IP). Josh Reddick tied with Daniel Murphy for the highest September average at .400 (26-for-65). Joc Pederson had the third-highest OPS in the Majors in September at 1.154. Scully’s call of tomorrow’s season finale will be simulcast in its entirety on television - SportsNet LA, KTLA - and on AM 570 LA Sports radio. MR. DEPENDABLE: On Wednesday night in San Diego, Adrián González reached 90 RBI for the 10 th consecutive season since 2007, becoming the only Major League player to accomplish the feat. #FOURPEAT: The Dodgers, winners of the National League West crown,

have just two games remaining in the 2016 regular season and continue their

final road trip of the season (1-3) with the middle contest of a three-game

series in San Francisco following last night’s 9-3 loss to the Giants.

These two games will decide the season series with the Dodgers

and Giants, and San Francisco currently leads, 9-8. Last year, the

Giants won 11 of 19 games vs. Los Angeles.

The Dodgers are a Major League-best 28-14 (.667) in day games

this season.

TINSEL TITLETOWN: The Dodgers have clinched the 2016 National

League West Division championship, their fourth straight and 15th overall

NL West title, as the club reached the postseason in four consecutive seasons

for the first time in franchise history. The Dodgers are the first team in NL

West history to win the division in four consecutive seasons. The last MLB

team to win four straight division titles was the Detroit Tigers (2011-14, AL

Central) and the last NL club to do so was the Phillies, who won the NL East

in five consecutive seasons from 2007-11.

Dave Roberts joins Tommy Lasorda (1977) as the only rookie

managers ever to lead the Los Angeles Dodgers to a division title.

In his first year as manager, Roberts has used a franchise record-

tying 55 total players and 31 different pitchers (both records

originally set last year) on a club that saw 28 different players

spend time on the DL, the most for any team in the last 30 years

since at least 1987.

The Dodgers have reached 90 wins for the fourth consecutive

season, a feat that had only previously been accomplished once in

franchise history, 1951-56 (6).

Since trailing the Giants by a season-high 8.0 games on June 26,

the Dodgers are 50-33 (.602), the third-best record in the Majors

behind the Cubs (54-31) and Red Sox (52-33).

The Dodgers will open postseason play next Friday, Oct. 7 against

Washington and are 2.0 games behind the Nationals with two to

play for the NL’s second-best record/NLDS homefield advantage.

Clayton Kershaw will start Game 1 of the NLDS and be followed

by Rich Hill and Kenta Maeda in the postseason rotation.

GIANT MEMORIES: On this date in 1993, Mike Piazza set a Dodger

rookie record for RBI, driving in his 107th run of the year against San

Francisco to break the mark of 106 held by Del Bissonette since 1928. Two

days later, the Dodgers knocked the Giants out of playoff contention behind

two homers from Piazza in a 12-1 victory. Piazza recorded 112 RBI in ’93,

tied for the seventh-most in a rookie season in NL history.

OCTOBER BASEBALL, AGAIN: Limited single-game postseason

tickets are on sale now for potential home games for the National League

Division Series and NL Championship Series and can be purchased online

Senior Circuit with a 3.00 ERA (80 ER/239.2 IP).

Josh Reddick tied with Daniel Murphy for the highest September

average at .400 (26-for-65).

Joc Pederson had the third-highest OPS in the Majors in

September at 1.154.

THE WIND BENEATH OUR WINGS: Vin Scully called the final home

game of his career on Sunday at Dodger Stadium and addressed the crowd

postgame before showing his appreciation for the fans in song, with the

playing of Scully singing “Wind Beneath My Wings.” Scully will conclude

his Hall of Fame career this weekend and call the Dodgers’ final two regular-

season games at AT&T Park. Scully’s call of tomorrow’s season finale will

be simulcast in its entirety on television - SportsNet LA, KTLA - and on AM

570 LA Sports radio.

MR. DEPENDABLE: On Wednesday night in San Diego, Adrián

González reached 90 RBI for the 10th consecutive season since 2007,

becoming the only Major League player to accomplish the feat. Behind
