The Logica company is part of an Italian industrial group, specialised in top-of-the-range furnishing for the contract, hospitality and office sectors.Their proposals include four different ranges of furniture for offices, from management level to staff level. They also supply complete turnkey design projects for workplaces, from feasibility studies to supply of all the components, right up to delivery and after-sales service, all around the globe.

Founded in 1989 and taken over by the Interna Group in 2006, the Logica name is now considered a reference for the supply of interior design solutions for offices and congress centres. Right from the start of their story, and even more so today, the Logica trademark has been proposed to those who operate in the office sector, their mission being to supply high quality products and a reliable, personalised service. This has helped create a company which is extremely versatile when seeking, proposing and creating tailor-made solutions designed around their clients, which means freedom from the limits normally set by mass-produced products. The Interna Group, on the other hand, has been operating for more than 20 years in the luxury interior design sec-tor, and boasts an international reputation in the design of turnkey projects for hotels, restaurants, congress centres, boutiques, private residences, cruise liners and yachts. With the Logica trademark, the company intends diversifying their range of services on offer, as well as accepting the challenge of supplying a personal touch when furnishing contemporary work spaces. Today’s office spaces and congress centres requi-re, or rather demand, certain specific characteristics, which range from versatility of the areas involved, to the ability of being able to host a variety of operational requirements. With everything characterised by an unmistakable, inimitable style, by their harmonious rigorous lines. EGOS

All veneered particleboard, melamine-faced and MDF components are manufactured using E1-rated materials, in compliance with UNI EN 312 and UNI EN 622-01 standards regarding accepted formaldehyde emission levels. All metal components are treated with epoxy powder finishes.

Desks and typing tablesMDF tops are 30mm thick with a wood veneer and finished with scratch-proof polyurethane varnish. Edges are finished at 45°. The structure of the desk is in triangular extruded aluminium with a textured paint finish. A side panel with the same features as the top completes the design. The supporting structure of the typing tables is a single triangular leg in extruded aluminium.

Drawer UnitsMDF drawer units are finished with highly scratch-proof, textured polyurethane coatings. Units are fitted with castors and a cylinder lock for the simultaneous locking of all drawers. For filing units, hanging file supports are included for use with folders of 33 cm and 39 cm. Drawers are made of sheet metal and finished with an epoxy powder coating. They open on concealed ball-bearing slides and have a ‘quick fit’ mechanism. The slides are galvanized against corrosion and are available in two versions: single for loads up to 40 kg or double (for filing drawers) for up to 60 kg. The pen tray is in plastic. Metal handles have a satin aluminium finish.

Cabinets The structure and back are formed from melamine-faced boards (19 mm and 10 mm thick respectively). Shelves are melamine-faced, but are also available, on request, in epoxy powder painted metal, and have special concealed supports to prevent distortion when loaded. The distance between shelves can be adjusted every 32 mm. Doors are made of 19 mm thick veneer-finished and -edged particleboard with a scratch-proof polyurethane finish. Tempered glass doors are 5 mm thick. All cabinets are supplied with adjustable feet and a metallic plinth treated with an epoxy powder coating. MDF tops and sides are available on request with front edges shaped at 45° and the same finish as the doors. Metal handles have a satin aluminium finish. All cabinets are fitted with rust-proof hinges. Their quick positioning with stop device and safety catches to prevent the doors from dropping also allows for the correct positioning of the door itself. Furthermore, the hinges allow the doors to be independently adjusted in three directions to guarantee perfect alignment. The doors, with the exclusion of those in glass, are fitted with a cylinder lock with connecting rod which locks the cupboards above.

TablesTable tops have the same finish as the desks and are 36 mm thick. The frame is made of extruded aluminium and the base of coated aluminium.

Sono, inoltre, dotate di ruote e telaio portacartelle (solo sulle cassettiere con classificatore) per l’archiviazione delle cartelle sospese da 33 e 39. I cassetti sono realizzati in lamiera trattata con vernici a polveri epossidiche. Scorrono su guide metalliche non in vista che sono fissate mediante un sistema di aggancio rapido.Il cassetto portacancelleria è in materiale plastico.Le guide, metalliche, scorrono su sfere. Sono trattate galvanicamente contro la corrosione e vengono fornite nella versione ad una uscita, con portata di 40 kg, o a due uscite (cassetto classificatore) con portata di 60 kg. The frame consists of a central steel tube (40 mm Ø), with an aluminium colour finish, which is connected to 4 triangular extruded aluminium legs finished with a textured finish. The structure has a front modesty panel in painted perforated sheet metal with a thicknessof 2mm that has both an aesthetic and a structural function. The suspended rotating computer shelf is oval 160 x 80 cm in 30mm thick MDF with 45° edges and an textured lacquer finish. Rotation is made possible by means of a specific connection to the desk leg and by 4 cylindrical spacers that allow the top to be supportedby a drawer unit. Desk extension units can be fitted to the long side of the desks to a maximum depth of 25cm. These MDF elements are 30 mm thick and have a textured lacquer finish. They are fitted to the desks with metal plates.

Il dattilo sospeso rotante è costituito da un piano ellittico 160x80 cm realizzato in MDF spessore 30mm con bordi a 45° con laccatura goffrata. La rotazione è garantita da uno specifico attacco alla gamba della scrivania e da 4 distanziali cilindrici che consentono al piano di essere sostenuto da una cassettiera. I piani di cortesia possono essere applicati ai bordi longitudinali dei piani scrivania con una profondità nel punto massimo di 25 cm. Sono realizzati in MDF spessore 30 mm laccato goffrato. The frame that supports the computer desktop can be either freestanding or hanging. MDF desktop screens (19mm thick) are finished in textured lacquer and fixed to the desk with metal clips.

All the seats are built in compliance with the European rule EN 1335.

UpholsteryLeather. The leather upholstery is made of 100% full grain cow leather of EU origin, vegetable-tanned and dyed in barrel with color penetration on the whole thickness. The colors are aniline or semi-aniline depending on the shade and have a water and oil hydro repellent finish.Hide. The hide upholstery is full grain calf hide of EU origin with thickness up to 1,1 mm, chrome-tanned and dyedin barrel with aniline colors. All the hides are scotchgarded.Fabrics. All the fabrics of the present catalogue are fire-retardant Trevira CS.

PaddingAll cushions are made of fire-retardant crush-proof polyurethane foam with variable density.

BasesThe bases of the swiveling chairs are made of polished, chromed or black lacquered die-cast aluminum with ABS castors or glides. The frames of the fixed chairs are made of chromed or black lacquered steel pipe with ABS glides.

CastorsThe self stopping castors can be soft with rubber tread (for marble, ceramic tiles and wood) or hard made of nylon (for fitted carpets and rugs).

MechanismsFor the executive chairs the tilting mechanisms are Multiblock with 6 positions, anti-return system of the seat and regulation based on body weight. The operative chairs have a Syncro mechanism that supplies synchronic movement, back and seat block in various positions, anti tip-over system and regulation based on body weight. Elevation is attained by a gas pump with a diameter of 50 mm.

I piani sono realizzati in nobilitato melaminico sp.28mm bordati in PVC sp. 2mm con spigoli arrotondati. Il basamen-to è realizzato in acciaio verniciato. SEDIE E POLTRONE

Tutte le sedute sono realizzate in modo da garantire il rispetto della normativa europea EN 1335.

RivestimentiCuoio. I rivestimenti in cuoio sono 100% in bovino pieno fiore di provenienza europea, conciato al vegetale e tinto in botte con penetrazione del colore su tutto lo spessore. I colori sono all’anilina o semi-anilina in base alle tonalità e hanno rifinizio-ne idrorepellente ad acqua e olio.Pelle. Tutti i pellami sono in pieno fiore di vitellone di provenienza europea con spessore fino a 1,1 mm, conciati al cromo e rifiniti all’anilina in botte. Sono trattati antimacchia.Tessuto. Tutti i tessuti a catalogo sono ignifughi in Trevira CS.

ImbottituraI cuscini sono in poliuretano espanso ignifugo indeformabile a densità differenziata.

BasiLe basi per le sedie girevoli sono in alluminio pressofuso lucidato, cromato o verniciato nero e possono prevedere ruote o piedini in ABS. Le strutture delle sedie fisse sono in tubo di acciaio cromato o verniciato nero completo di piedini in ABS.

RuoteLe ruote, auto frenanti, sono morbide con battistrada in gomma (pavimenti in marmo, ceramica e legno) o rigide interamente in nylon (pavimenti in moquette o tappeti)

MeccanismiPer le sedute direzionali gli oscillanti sono Multiblock con bloccaggio in 6 posizioni, dispositivo di antiritorno della seduta e regolazione in funzione del peso corporeo.Le sedute operative sono dotate di meccanismo Syncro che prevede movimento sincronizzato, sedile e schienale con blocco in varie posizioni, sistema di sicurezza antiribaltamento e dispositivo di taratura della spinta in funzione del peso corporeo. L’elevazione si attua tramite pompa a gas di Ø 50 mm.
