LO 1.2 Carry out research using appropriate resources and produce a digital artefact looking at the characteristics of different digital electronic devices. You should include the types of devices that are available; possible uses for these devices and comparison between the different families of devices i.e. CMOS vs. TTL. Include references to any books or websites used at a suitable point in your work or as a separate sheet to be handed in. Types of digital artefact include digital documents, presentations, programmes, websites, videos, audio files, photographs, interactive images etc. Typically a digital artefact contains different elements and is not just text or just images for example.
You will have the opportunity to view various digital artefacts in preparation for this task.
