What is the method of delivery?• The Growth Coach you have built a relationship with can come back

into the business for up to two days to embed training learnt from another provider

• Before embedding the training, a clear structured plan will be devised and agreed by you and your coach via your grant application form.

Who is eligible?• You must have spent £4,000 in total (including your £2,000 grant) on

L&M training to be eligible for additional support

• There is no requirement for the training to have been completed before Coach Embedding can take place

• Clients that have between 1-4 employees are entitled to a full day of coach embedding, whilst clients with between 5-250 employees are allowed up to two days of coach embedding.

The Coach Embedding service aims to stop the usual cycle of training folders hiding in drawers. The service will allow you to bring focus and structure around the learning you have received, so that you can link it directly to your business objectives.

Leadership and Management Coach Embedding

Coach embedding creates the bridge from learning to doing, it enables consistency in performance management, process and approach. At the same time it provides the opportunity to connect new behaviours with the overall aims and objectives for the business.
