Personal Statement

I am a highly experienced, discreet and trustworthy Scottish Secretary/PA and I am looking for an opportunity to live and work in another, different location.

I have a wide range of administrative skills and am willing and able to update and refresh my skills. I have completed training, both single and multi-agency, for specific tasks such as Child Protection, MAPPA and Committee minute taking. I have also completed training at basic and advanced stages for all Microsoft Office packages and consider myself adept and efficient in all.

As stated in my work history I have had a great deal of experience in highly confidential environments, both corporate and private, and have been cleared to work in such situations. I am capable of working both within a team and on my own. I am also used to working to tight deadlines and being highly organized, I enjoy being challenged.

I am of a cheerful, approachable disposition and can communicate effectively and appropriately with people from all walks of life both by telephone and in person, which in turn facilitates my natural ‘gate-keeping’ abilities. It does not take me long to learn different people’s workstyle and very quickly learn the fine art of being ‘one step ahead’.

I can bring a wealth of experience and natural ‘people skills’ along with a touch of Scottish tenacity and humour to mostly any environment.
