The Vantage 2 Launched with 100% Sold within 2 Weeks
The Vantage 2, 2-Storey Superlink Homes received overwhelming support and success during its launch in February this year, in conjunction with CNY Celebrations and the ‘WHY’ Home Plan Solutions Campaign.
Along with the launch, we rolled out some fun-filled festive activities – a Lion Dance performance, Ang Pow Giveaway by the God of Prosperity, interactive games for the kids, mystery gifts and more including delicious bites for all in the family.
Designed to wow, The Vantage 2 coupled with the ‘WHY’ Home Plan Solutions Campaign impressed both buyers and visitors alike. With only a limited number of units available and a fantastic value-for-money deal, the majority of buyers said “Yes!” on the spot.

A Walk with The Dinosaurs on Mother’s Day
In May, we celebrated Mother’s Day at Crescent Park with an exciting weekend filled with fun and adventure. The theme was “A Walk With The Dinosaurs”, these magnificent prehistoric creatures came alive at Crescent Park for one special weekend only.
Many of our patrons, their families and children, had the privilege of experiencing and interacting with a pack of life-sized dinosaurs that made everyone crack-up with laughter all through the weekend. Phnom Penh is a remarkably vibrant city and international destination of choice for expats. As a bustling hub of business and culture, the capital of Cambodia is the gateway to exotic Asia. As a gesture of appreciation to our customers and in conjunction with Chinese New Year, the first Customer Appreciation Dinner for all buyers of 2016 was organised on 14 January 2017 with 150 customers, management staffs, media representatives and guests in attendance at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The night was filled with excitement as attendees were also the first to witness the launch of Lion Group Property’s latest property ownership campaign to ensure consumers have access to the Best Home Plan Solutions, ‘WHY’ Campaign. To add to the season’s festivities, each successful sale was awarded with a gold token.
The festivities included a tossing of Yee Sang, a delectable 9-course dinner with an array of performances by the soulful EB Duet; Malaysia’s funniest doctor, Jason Leong; and Joanne Teo, Malaysia’s very own practitioner of the mysterious Chinese Mask Changing. The night ended with Lion Group Property giving away 18 prizes worth a total of RM16,888 with lucky draws for shopping vouchers and 3 gold tokens as a gesture of gratitude for the unending support of our loyal customers over the year.

Thus within 4 months of the launching the campaign (January - April 2017), we were able to achieve a total of RM68 million in sales revenue. The key to our success lies in understanding the needs of our customers and delivering on our promises.
Recycling Bin Installation
We understand the importance of conserving the environment, and as an initiative to curb material wastage, we have installed recycling bins in our housing areas. We kick-started this campaign by setting up the first recycling bin made from high capacity steel at Bandar Mahkota Cheras Sales Gallery. This is just the beginning, there will be more recycling bins to come. The end goal is to encourage and gradually instil the habit of recycling among all our residential occupants.
Giving Back with a Genuine Heart
On 20 May and 10 June 2017, we were honoured to visit Rumah Bakti Al-Kausar at Bandar Baru Bangi and HOPE Children Centre in Melaka respectively to share some love and joy with the children. The wonderful smiles and delight we saw on that day, made the love we have put into giving mean so much more.

This portable 3D layout plan elevates the conventional layout plans displayed to the next level.
Using augmented reality technology, layout plans for Crescent Park are projected in 3D when viewed using a smart phone/tab/pad.
