experience in UK. • Director with seasoned experience of Industry has profile
as below. Work experience: • 25+ Years of Experience in Knock down industrial design of
global as well as local retail brands. • Expertise in enhancing retail brands. • Developed more than 15 brand promotion accessories. • Last Six months, developed ATM site infrastructure product
using unique design and material.
Present Challenges of ATM Site Commissioning
• Depleting margins due to competition in ATM outsourcing space.
• New ATMs deployed next to seasoned ATM to increase brand visibility.
• Decommission > Shifting > Re-deployment of ATM (DSR) lifecycle is presently expansive but, such incidents have increased due to competition. Typical DSR cycle is 4 to 6 weeks but with 30% reusability (ATM and Network).
• Presently, Longer DSR lifecycle results in loss attributed to LONGER FOOT HOLD TIME
(Time taken to reach the peak transaction at new site typical 5 to 7 weeks time).

existing ATM site preparation methodology and materials.
2. Company has carried out required testing for the materials and build
prototypes with various ATM site configurations at China supplier’s
factory.
3. Company has shared the concept and advantages with several
existing white label and brown label ATM outsourcing companies
and have in principle consensus from 4 to 5 of them to deploy 2 or
more sites on pilot once production capability is achieved.
4. Once initial funding is available for the above, further orders are expected from other players.
