Life Changer wanted We Are Response. We Change Lives. Do you?
Project Worker Permanent, 37 hours per week, Oxford City
£15,805 - £18,155 pa (experience dependent)
A Day in the Life of a Project WorkerYou could begin with house checks which means you’ll talk to the residents in each house to make sure everyone is in and ok. The houses themselves are also checked and you’ll need to report anything unusual to the shift leader. You may be supporting the residents to take their medication. Other tasks include prompting people to remember their appointments, supporting them with cleaning, clothes washing and shopping.
You’ll act as a key worker for a small number of residents. You will develop support plans with them and help them work towards their goals. This is done in collaboration with their clinical team. You might find yourself supporting a key working client one-to-one to attend an activity.
You’ll need to record all important interactions with residents on a case management database. You’ll be responsible for doing this for your key clients. Something is entered about every resident on a daily basis.
Can you show us how you would treat our clients? Are you creative, caring, safe and aspirational? If you have the right values for our organisation, you will be supported by a programme of continuous training and development.
If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, or to find out more, please call our HR team on 01865 397968 or email [email protected] for an application pack.
