Minifix kann nicht eingesetzt werden, da weder das Gehäuse noch der Bolzen in der weichen Kernschicht halt finden.

Blähglas, geschäumtes Aluminium od. Monocore (Phenolharzgetränktes Glasfiber sind besonders für den Brandschutz geeignet. „Expanded glass“, foamed aluminium or Monocore (glass fibre with phenolic resin) provide very good fire protection.

Vorwiegend für den Einsatz im Automobil-, Flugzeug- u. Schiffsbau. Auch für Wandpanele im Objekt und Messebau.

Primarily used in the automotive-, aveation-, and shipbuilding industry. Also used for panels in public buildings and trade show booths.


Nachteile der Leichtbauplatten – Drawbacks of leight weight panels

Alle vorgestellten Leichtbauvarianten weisen deutlich verringerte Festigkeitswerte im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Holzwerkstoffen auf.

All these introduced panels show significantly lower steadfastness compared to traditional derived timber products.

Preislich liegen alle Varianten zum Teil sehr deutlich über den herkömmlichen Holzwerkstoffen.

In terms of price all types are partly significantly higher compared to traditional derived timber products.

Leichtbauplatten sind bedeutend schwieriger zu bearbeiten.

Wabeneinlage – Honey comb inlay

Aus dünnem Karton (Wabe) od. vertikal aneinander gereihter Wellpappe (stehende Welle). Ermöglichen Plattenstärken von 12 – 120mm Made of thin carton (honey comb) or vertical aligned corrugated card board. Allows panel thicknesses from 12 – 120mm.

Hexagon Wabeneinlage – Hexagon honey comb inlay

Die Endloswabe ist in Stärken von 10 bis 100mm verfügbar. Sie wird auf Paletten platzsparend verpackt, so dass sich ca. 2.500m² auf einer Palette transportieren lassen. The endless honey comb core is avaiable in thicknesses from 3/8“ to 4“. It is stored space saving on a pallette so that around 25,000 ft² can be transported on one palette

Die Waben werden mit einer Papierfeuchte von ca. 12-15% beim Kunden angeliefert und wird dann in einem Trockenofen expandiert und auf 3% herunter getrocknet. The honey comb is delivered with a paper humidity of approx. 12-15%. In an expander / dryer the honey comb is being expanded and dryed down to 3%.


Wellstegeinlage - carton inlay

Werden in Formaten bis 3050mm Länge u. 1250mm Breite geliefert. Die Stärke kann beliebig zwischen 6-95mm gewählt werden. Die Zellgrösse beträgt ca. 5mm. Are available in formats up to 120“ length and 49“ width. The thickness can be choosen from ¼“ to 4“. The size of a cell amounts around 3/16“.

Wellstegeinlagen bieten auf Grund ihrer kleinen Zellgrösse eine relativ hohe Biege u. Druckfestigkeit. Due to the small cell size, carton inlay provide a relatively high bending strength and pressure resistance.


Riegel – Rails

Aus Massivholz (Fichte), Spanplatte oder MDF. Erleichtern das Aufbringen von Kanten u. das Anbringen von Beschlägen. Unterstützt die Druckfestigkeit der Wabe. Made of solid wood (pine), particle board or MDF board. Ease the edge banding process as well as the installation of hardware. Support the pressure resistance of the honey comb.

Wird in gängigen Plattenformaten geliefert und kann wie eine Spanplatte beliebig aufgetrennt werden. Is supplied in common panel formats and can be divided user defined like a particle board.
