C.1.4. DESCRIPTION OF PARTNER NO. 1
Description of organisation, role in the project and general and specific social context as for example: being in a disadvantaged area, having participants with specific needs (e.g. participants at risk of social exclusion, migrants, refugees).
Our school has got 450 children from age 6 to 15. It is located in a suburb of the capital city Prague – Czech Republic. By public transport we can be in the very centre of the city in 30 minutes. The literal translation of the name of our school is Basic School. It means that we provide basic, general education. Our students are from a wide range of social and academic backgrounds. Our school is getting more and more multicultural because we have more and more students coming from different countries - mainly from Vietnam. These students are always very hard working and enrich our school life. When our students finish our school all of them continue to one of several types of secondary school. The majority of our students are from the close area around the school. There are few other Basic Schools around our school. We are happy that we are successful in that competition and our school is full of students. It is big challenge for our school – to be attractive enough for our students and parents. Working on Comenius project makes our school more attractive. We organise and take part in sport activities, we have school choir, we have taken part in competitions with our video clips. Comenius helps us a lot to meet students and teachers from many countries of Europe. In last few years our students and teachers visited partners in Sicily, England, Italy, Turkey, Romania, Greece and Poland. Always it is a big group of 20 - 30 students. We have hosted students and teachers from our partner schools. Very soon our students together with students from Poland, Romania and Turkey will work on Comenius activities. Parents and teachers can meet together in Comenius project activities.. Comenius activities help to make our work on the school curriculum more variable, attractive and useful. Comenius activities always brings a new point of view to our school work, for our students possibility to develop language skills, find friends. In the new project we would like to use some good experiences from the last projects. We found out that some traditional activities like music, dance, singing, theatre performance put people together and were very popular. They gave them energy and the good way how to express emotions. Aim is sharing information, finding larger variability of teaching, inspiration. We would like to show that next to the computers there are many other activities that should our students discover.

C.2.4. DESCRIPTION OF PARTNER NO. 2
Description of organisation, role in the project and general and specific social context as for example: being in a disadvantaged area, having participants with specific needs (e.g. participants at risk of social exclusion, migrants, refugees).
Independent Prep school, age range 3-13 years. Admissions are non-selective and children have a wide range of social and academic abilities. A significant proportion of pupils are from ethnic minorities and come from a range of faiths. We are keen to include all pupils in the project, including those with additional special needs. We currently hold the Full International School Award, demonstrating our commitment to cross cultural partnerships. Parents are fully involved with the life of the school and the school regularly take parts in and supports local events (for example, fund raising for the local children's hospice; children helping to provide Christmas dinner for elderly people). Having been involved with three previous Comenius projects, we feel strongly that the whole school gains a great deal from these partnerships. Parents and families played an integral part in the projects, building stronger relationships that extended beyond the boundarties of our school community. Pupil's exposure to different European cultures widedned thier horizons and opened thier minds to new and exciting experiences and knowledge. Awareness within our local community was also raised through the local press who supported and published articles showing the success of partner meetings. We are eager to show our pupils that within a world dominated by technology there is a wealth of alternative and sometimes traditional activities that they can enjoy and take part in. We acknowledge the importance of ICT to this generation of young people but want to open their eyes to experiences that will engage them with nature, the arts and more tradtional activities from the past.

C.3.4. DESCRIPTION OF PARTNER NO. 3
Description of organisation, role in the project and general and specific social context as for example: being in a disadvantaged area, having participants with specific needs (e.g. participants at risk of social exclusion, migrants, refugees).
Our school has got 1200 children from age 3 to 13 and 98 teachers. It is situated in a little town about Bologna (KM. 60),Faenza.The official name of our school is "Istituto Comprensivo" because it includes three grades school (Pre-Primary,Primary and Secondary of first level ).A significant proportion of students (30 per cent) are from different countries (Albania,Moldova,Rumania,China,Senegal,Moroc)They enrich our culture assimilating perfectly with local students. In recent years we have developed workshops for the teaching of Italian language and for the exchange of customs and traditions. In our school the prior attitude is towards participation, integration and motivation of the students; great attention is paid to childhood and teenagers. It’s a school where different languages and ways of express ourselves are encouraged. The use of different languages promotes students’ personal skills, among them a positive reasoning skill is reached through different projects, a variety of activities, linguistic labs and multilingual experiences along the different school levels. Both teachers staff and administration staff are involved as organizers and mediators of the projects, in order to make more efficient and dynamic the communication, the teaching, the relations with parents and the school environment in general. For our children and teenagers it is a friendly school, which is aimed at their well-being. We as teachers want a school where the differences are welcomed, where every student can take part in all the planned activities and where their points of view are taken into great account. There are many projects that enrich our global school offer, such as the Memorial day, the pleasure of reading, Education to an healthy eating, to a safe and clean environment , to a European citizenship, to legality, to the theatre… some of them are linked to the traditions of our region, like the drum lab (Faenza is a Medieval city where a typical festival called Palio takes place every year, with drummer and waving boys and girls performances), the relay race of the Passatore, from Florence to Faenza, building and race of pedal machines… Our school is also involved in a Comenius multi partnership, with a variety of activities that are having a great impact on students, parents and the local community. We as partners seek to encourage all pupils to become active Europeans and to foster a positive attitude towards Europe

Description of organisation, role in the project and general and specific social context as for example: being in a disadvantaged area, having participants with specific needs (e.g. participants at risk of social exclusion, migrants, refugees).
Primary School No. 19 in Legnica is a public school which teaches about 400 students aged from 6 to 13 years in classes I to VI. Children come from different backgrounds with different wealth status. All children learn English. Each of the projects contributed to the enrichment offer of our school and help our pupils to gain knowledge about different European cultures. Children are very eager to take part in activities that teachers prepare for them on any occasion. Parents are usually also involved is preparing such activites and they are integral part of the project. Previous projects helped building strong relationship between school and parents, and also encouraged them to be more involed in school's life. We publish information, photos and result of our activities on our school's website, which is also partially run by our pupils. Local newspapers are also supporting us by publishing information regarding our activities on Comenius' projects.

C.5.4. DESCRIPTION OF PARTNER NO. 5
Description of organisation, role in the project and general and specific social context as for example: being in a disadvantaged area, having participants with specific needs (e.g. participants at risk of social exclusion, migrants, refugees).
School no. 1 Independenta is a rural, public lower secondary school with approximately 280 pupils aged 6-15, and 25 teachers. It is situated closed to big city Galati. Many parents live in Independenta but work in Galati. You can fiind a diverse social structure of the families: more farmers, some workers, economic migrants in West Europe, traditional families as well as single mothers. The pupils live in a socially underprivileged area. They often come from a non-stimulating environment which doesn’t provide support needed for the expected learning outcome. Also, those children are cared for by relatives– mostly grandparents have special needs caused by a lack of emotional support and parental control. The school is aiming at inclusion and equality combined with increased learning outcome and is organized to give an adapted education who demand teachers’ extra knowledge and effort. The school has some experience in national and international projects. All these projects develop social skills and are preventive forms against problematic behavior and social exclusion.

C.6.4. DESCRIPTION OF PARTNER NO. 6
Description of organisation, role in the project and general and specific social context as for example: being in a disadvantaged area, having participants with specific needs (e.g. participants at risk of social exclusion, migrants, refugees).
We are a group of people, children, teachers and parents, who belong to a rural area of schools called ZER GUICIVERVI. We are known as one of the pioneers in Catalonia with this model that was born 20 years ago with an objective that was to work all our small rural schools together in order to achieve the same goals. We are four schools in small villages (from 250 to 1.000 inhabitants) and all of them have from 1 to 9 teachers. We are located near Barcelona, in the interior of Catalonia in Lleida province. Each teacher works in its own village but we have some specialist teachers who work travelling around the four schools: the Music, Physical, English and Special Education teachers. In the current course (2012-2013) we count on 170 pupils and 22 teachers all together. In this moment we are introducing the project’s methodology in all the classes. The main idea of this methodology is to work with the children checking first their personal needs in order to help them to adapt to their social and cultural environment. The last 5 academic years we have being working in a very new project called “Art Studios”. We want to use the English language as a communication tool in the same classroom and through it. We have seen that our children need to go deeper into the knowledge of English to be able to open to the world.

C.7.4. DESCRIPTION OF PARTNER NO. 7
Description of organisation, role in the project and general and specific social context as for example: being in a disadvantaged area, having participants with specific needs (e.g. participants at risk of social exclusion, migrants, refugees).
Little Europeans Kindergarten is a pre-school institution with its own image in the system of education in the District of Vratsa and management approach directed to the European dimensions for access and equal education chance for all the children. The mission our kindergarten fulfills is a pre-school pattern realization that satisfies the modern educational needs. Our strategy is coordination of all the factors when creating optimal conditions for the development of children. The kindergarten is situated in the centre of the town of Vratsa to the north-west of Bulgaria. That is a region with plenty of socio-economic problems which determines the high percentage of unemployment and low population social status. Because of this lots of people are urged to bring up their children at home. Others have emigrated abroad and have left their children to their parents. There is a tendency to increase the number the children from mixed marriages. Despite this the parents are interested in the problems in the kindergarten and are a part of the staff ambitions for providing modern European training of the children. There is a child with SEN in one of the groups. All this motivates us to vary the activities at the kindergarten constantly and maintain it as an attractive place for children, parents and community. The kindergarten has had a positive experience from participation in different activities on the Lifelong Learning Programme - Comenius sector programme for ten years.

C.8.4. DESCRIPTION OF PARTNER NO. 8
Description of organisation, role in the project and general and specific social context as for example: being in a disadvantaged area, having participants with specific needs (e.g. participants at risk of social exclusion, migrants, refugees).
We are a small rural primary school in an area with low to mid social deprivation. We are a small primary school with 55 children aged 10-15 and 7 teachers. We are in the Black Sea Region and our school is in a small village close to Safranbolu. Safranbolu was placed in the World Cultural Heritage list by UNESCO in appreciation of the successful efforts in the preservation of its heritage as a whole. Safranbolu has deserved its real name for its houses. These houses are perfect examples of old civilian architecture, reflecting the Turkish social life of the 18th and 19th centuries. This project will be an effective way to know different countries, cultures, customs, clothes, food, daily life. Also our students don't have any change to go abroad and see new countries but via the project they will be able to travel and know that there are lots of countries, people not looking like each other. Many of our pupils come from families who live in disadvantaged areas of the city as socio- economically. This project and partnership provide them the opportunity to take part in an intercultural and international activity. With the help of this partnership they will have the equal chances with students from the schools which have better conditions. We would like to combine local integrations and experiences for European Culture. The project will give benefits to students and teachers. We are very passionate about learning outdoors, and global learning and try and incorporate these into the curriculum wherever possible. We know that with this project "Challenges beyond my own small universe" , the horizons of student will have been broadened and generally they know the activities(planting trees, skipping a rope, dancing, singing, climbing... ) which we will do all together but they do not prefer doing them to playing computer games but we will remind them that these are such enjoyable outdoor activities that students will thank their teachers to participate in this project. Sometimes students ask that what all people were doing before computers were common. Via this project, they will have a chance to compare the modern life and traditional life. And thanks to these activities in our project, students will find their answers of their questions.

C.9.4. DESCRIPTION OF PARTNER NO. 9
Description of organisation, role in the project and general and specific social context as for example: being in a disadvantaged area, having participants with specific needs (e.g. participants at risk of social exclusion, migrants, refugees).
Our school has 200 students aged 12-15. It is located near the centre of Patras. The vast majority of our students come from midle class families, mainly Greek whereas there are a few students from Albania. There are also a few Romani students who have enrolled however do not attend since they feel socially excluded. Our school is involved in many cultural activities such as the production of theatrical plays, involvement in environmental programs as well as award-winning exhibitions of works of art created by our students. All these efforts have been fervently supported both by the parents as well as the local press with extensive publicity. However during the past years the number of students in our school has been reducing due to competition by our neighbouring schools, so the participation in a Comenius project would make our school competitive again. Through this participation we hope to gain insight into new teaching methods, as well as cross cultural awareness which is critical in modern European reality. It will also help our students realise cultural, social and economic diversity. Our main aim as teachers is to see our students develop a positive attitude towards united Europe by welcoming and embracing differences among cultures.

We live in a world dominated by multimedia and whilst this has a valid and valuable place in our society, children are often blinkered and do not experience opportunities outside of those that focus around computers and technology. Our challenge in this project is to show this generation of young people that there are many activities that can enrich and influence their lives, encouraging them to embrace tasks that will have a positive and motivational affect on their future. The essence of the activities will be fun, creativity and skills development. For example, challenging pupils to learn and share a song or dance, to more physical tasks such as trekking or camping over night to watch the sun wake up. This in turn will promote children's interest in the world around them, being less egocentric and valuing the extended society beyond that of their own personal experiences. The project will also offer pupils the opportunity to develop their independence and creativity through an entrepreneurial task. Teachers across the school are positively encouraged to become involved in the project by sharing their own skills and interests with pupils. The use of multimedia will still play an important role.. As experienced etwinning partners, we value the platform that this offers to share information across the partnership and we see this as an integral role in the success of our aims. The outcomes of the project will help pupils to understand and experience challenges that they may otherwise never be exposed to, cultivating and creating a more inquisitive and searching mind.
D.2. RATIONALE
Please describe the motivation for this project and why this project is needed.
Our project aims to reduce the gap between modern and traditional life and the expectations of pupils who are heavily influenced by a computer generation. With the ever developing digital world, children are exposed to many different computer led pastimes and hobbies. Our challenge is to influence and persuade children to leave what can be an insular and solitary existence, encouraging them to leave their 'virtual' world and experience 'real life' through a range of alternative and exciting opportunities, developing teamwork and camaraderie. We acknowledge that children enjoy playing on computers but there are many activities that cannot be experienced simply through a virtual world. We feel that many children are not exposed to simplistic joys such as nature and the environment, the arts through music, theatre and dance as well as physical tasks which can promote working together to achieve a shared aim. We aim to take our children 'back to basics' endorsing a traditional, yet appealing range of tasks, that will engage and enthuse pupils, building independence, confidence and a wider range of valuable skills. In doing so, we will broaden our pupils' horizons, fostering new attitudes with an increased interest and motivation to learn new skills. Working together, we will share common goals but appreciate that each country will begin from different perspectives. We see this as a golden opportunity to learn from each other, exploring current and traditional pastimes.
D.3. PROJECT OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGY
- What are the concrete objectives of the partnership? - Explain what subjects or problems you intend to address. - What approach will you take to achieve your objectives?
Our plan is to show children alternative ways to enjoy themselves and develop new skills through traditional activities, still promoting the value of multimedia but exposing them to different challenges and tasks. We want our children to have 'hands on' experiences and give them the chance to be creative and express themselves in new and interesting ways. Objectives: a) Communication All partner countries to join etwinning. This new project will follow on from the successful use of ewtinning by our current 9 school partnership. etwinning will be used to share and store project information and document progress on project activities. This will

include all partner meeting minutes, photographs of meetings and pupil activities, links to You Tube for video presentations, information about each country such as maps, school details. At the first partner meeting in Prague, schools will be advised on how to link to etwinning and UK will set up the initial etwinning platform. Skype will be used across the partnership to introduce and build relationships between pupils in different countries. A programme of regular meetings between schools will be set at each partner meeting. Regular contact will also be made through e mail. b) Partner meetings Each partner school will host a partner meeting. There will be 5 partner meetings in Year 1 and 4 partner meetings in Year 2. All schools must be represented at each partner meeting. The main activity will be the evaluation and presentation of current partner work. This will include each partner school presenting their interpretation of a previously agreed traditional theme or task. In addition to this, the host partner school will set an entrepreneurial challenge to their pupils. Pupils must develop an idea which will help and promote the Comenius project. For example, researching the price of name badges for visiting staff and then costing and making themselves for a lesser cost. c) Pupils Pupils in each school will take part in traditional activities and new experiences. These will be presented at each partner meeting. Pupils in the host school will devise an entrepreneurial Comenius task, presented by them, to partner schools, at host partner meeting. We will also involve pupils communicating through Skype. Pupils will travel between partner countries, meeting and building relationships, working with fellow pupils on Comenius tasks. Further pupil mobilities willl be agreed at partner meetings.

D.5. EUROPEAN ADDED VALUE
What is the added value of your project towards a more intensive European cooperation?
We live in a global market place where travel and communication has never been easier and our pupis must be aware of this. In this project, pupils will learn about cultures, lifestyles and tradtitions of partner countries and appreciate learning through international cooperation, encouraging global citizenship. We want pupils and teachers to develop and improve modern foreign languages including English and Spanish. This will be achieved through regular communication, personal meetings and by visiting partnership schools in Europe. It will be a great motivation for studying foreign languages. The partnership will develop awareness and understanding of each others' cultures helping to foster a sense of European unity while also helping teachers and pupils to respect each others' differences. It will broaden horizons further and introduce children to countries they know little about, helping to break down barriers. For children who have few opportunities it can open up new ambitions. All children and teachers can develop respect for our multicultural communities. Preconceptions of other cultures can be dispelled and all involved in the partnership will experience European friends for themselves. This will be shared with a wider community within partnership schools, informing and

building better European awareness. We hope to make friends and build feelings of strong relationships amongst European partner schools by exploring new and exciting, traditional activities as well as modern technology in the form of etwinning.
D.6. IMPACT
What impact do you expect partnership activities to have on persons (pupils/learners/trainees and staff) and on the participating institutions?
We expect new attitudes in both pupils and teachers in respect of traditional activities they may take part in. We want teachers to be excited by seeing new ways of sharing their own knowledge, skills and experiences with children. The motivation that the project provides to pupils will improve their perspective on ways in which they can develop themselves as individuals. For example, during the entrepreneurial task, pupils will learn vital skills which in turn will develop their employment skills. We expect that, as in the past, we will build long term friends for teachers and pupils which would otherwise not be possible. We know that this can be expected as many partners in this proposal met on a previous project and successfully worked together and formed great friendships. Also, using language in real life (outside the class) will provide an exciting way for pupils to learn and give teachers a different way of teaching. We therefore expect the partnership activities to improve modern foreign languages (especially English and Spanish) amongst pupils. Teachers will benefit from visiting other schools and learning about different teaching methods, educational systems and school environments in other countries.

F. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
F.1. DISTRIBUTION OF TASKS
Please explain the distribution of tasks between participating institutions and the competences required from each of them. Also explain how you will ensure the active involvement of all partners in common partnership activities.
All partners have been actively involved in the preparation of the application with each school contributing ideas. Czech Republic and England met in London and worked together to complete the application in consultation with other partner schools. During our current project we met in Romania and schools shared ideas to take forward in the project. Of the 9 schools in this application, 6 have worked together previously, demonstrating a strength in friendship and commitment to the success of this new proposal. There has been great enthusiasm for the project so far, for example Czech Republic plan to take children to England as well as a further trip across several of the European partner countries. Other schools have provisionally put dates forward for similar visits. This means that all schools are engaged with the project and are taking ownership for the delivery of its aims. All schools were sent the final draft of the application and invited to make suggestions for improvements. We will agree the distribution of tasks between participating institutions and the competencies during the partner meetings for teachers. At each meeting we will present previous work and plan the tasks for the next topic and detailed minutes will be taken showing actions and responsibilities of each partner. Each partner must agree the tasks, based on the plans in this application and in accordance with the minutes.
F.2. COOPERATION AND COMMUNICATION
Please explain how effective cooperation and communication between participating institutions will be organised.
Project partnership meetings. Regular communication via E Mail, etwinning website, regular agreed conferences through Skype. Presentation of work at planned partner meetings. Dissemination the project's work to students, teachers and parent during assemblies, school newsletters, school websites. etwninning and partner project meetings After each project meeting the minutes will provide a permanent record of what each partner has agreed to do. By communicating regularly we can create an atmosphere of a big European family. Members will keep in touch by sharing information.
F.3. PARTICIPANTS' INVOLVEMENT
If your partnership focuses mainly on pupil/learner/trainee involvement, please explain to what extent they will be involved in the planning, implementation and evaluation of project activities.
And/or
If your partnership mainly deals with pedagogical or management issues, please explain how all relevant staff will be actively involved in planning, implementation and evaluation of project activities.
Schools have discussed the project with pupils to build their interest and involvement and to ensure they know what the project is about. There have been opportunities for pupils to give their input into items to include in the project. Six schools in this application were involved in a Comenius project called 'Creativity in a Digital World'. The project promoted a discussion amongst the European partners as to the amount of time pupils spend using computers outside of the school day, for leisure purposes. This discussion proved to be the inspiration for this new project; we wanted to explore more traditional activities for pupils, to widen and broaden their experiences. Children will be key to the success of this project and they will continue to be involved in the ongoing development of the project and will be fully involved with its implementation. Both pupils and teachers will be the experiencing the value of traditional activities and cultural heritages. Pupils will be asked for their views on themes and topics before each partner meeting and this will feed into the decisions by partner schools for each new task. As part of the entrepreneurial task, pupils will plan and implement their own ideas and suggestions. They will evaluate the success of their task which will be fed back to partner schools via the etwnning website. Most of the remaining, ongoing evaluation will be done by teachers but pupils will also be asked for their views. They will be able to say what they have enjoyed and what they think they have learned. They can also say what they think would improve the project.

F.4. INTEGRATION INTO ONGOING ACTIVITIES
If your partnership focuses mainly on learner involvement, please explain how the project will be integrated into the learning activities of the participating learner in each of the participating organisations.
And/or
If your partnership mainly deals with pedagogical or management issues, please explain how the project will be integrated into the ongoing activities of the participating organisations.
The project will have an impact across the curriculum. Specifically, it can be integrated into Literacy (theatre performance), Maths (entrpreneurial task - costings) Citizenship (Entrepreneurial task - linking school to the adult workplace), Modern Foreign Languages (communication with partner countries), Art and Music (creativity - learning new skills), Geography (pupils learn about new partner countries), Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education (appreciation of other cultures) PE (physical tasks- such as walking, dancing) History (link to traditional activities)
F.5. EVALUATION
How will you evaluate, during and after the partnership, whether the aims of the partnership have been met and the expected impact has been achieved?
Evaluation during the partner meetings. We will monitor our progress through the life of the project, particularly at project meetings where we can find out to what extent each partner has completed their part of the topic. If each school makes a presentation at project meetings and has contributed to etwinning website and emails and so on, then we know we are achieving the aims of the project. When we set up visits to partners, then we will be able to see that children are having first hand experiences of other schools and countries. Even if children are not able to travel we expect to see an increasing awareness of partner schools and their cultures. We expect children to develop personal friendships which will broaden their understanding of other cultures. If we use materials in lessons and give assemblies on the project we will know that we are achieving our aims in increasing understanding. We can also measure the improvement in pupils' English and Spanish. The main aim will be to see that project has broadened pupils skills through the development of first hand experience with traditional activities and tasks. We will evaluate how successful the project is by sharing each countries ideas to extend and develop pupils awareness of alternative pastimes to their current practices. We will monitor the project using interviews and reports that will be exchanged and evaluated at the end of each school year. Questionnaires will be used for both active participants and teacher and pupils not directly involved in the project to gain an understanding of not only what is going well but ways in which we can improve our project further. Each activity within the project will be useful for self-assessment and will motivate all of the participants. Our project will have been successful if we can say, at the end, that all partners have been in touch regularly and have learned from each other and have a lasting legacy of friendship. We want both teachers' and pupils' experiences of traditional activities and skills to be developed and enriched by this project.
F.6. DISSEMINATION AND THE USE OF RESULTS
How will you disseminate and use the results, experiences and, where applicable, products of the partnership? - in the participating organisations? - in the local communities? - in the wider lifelong learning community?
In schools; Lessons, School website, school assembly, parents meeting, in classes, project meetings, staff meetings, displays, Skype, etwinninf website, School Magazine In local community: Local newspaper, school website, local education authority, other local schools, local dignitaries, Wider community: websites, making information available to National Agencies Evaluation after each phase of the project, success and failures, shared with particpating schools Final whole project evaluation in UK with celebrations recorded on DVD so all participants can share appropriatley. Resources, songs, dance can be used in future planning and curriculum (also exploring similarities and differences in cultures) New life long friends made, horizons braodened, opinions and views changed forever.

G.2. WORK PROGRAMME
Please summarise in the table below the planned Partnership activities and mobilities for all institutions in the Partnership. Please
present the activities for the 2-year lifetime of the partnership both academic years 2013/14 and 2014/15, in a chronological order.
The eligibility period of activities starts on 1 August 2013 and ends on 31 July 2015.
Please note that mobility activities can only take place between organisations receiving funding to participate in the Partnership, or
to events organised by Lifelong Learning (or predecessor) Programme projects or networks. Mobility can be undertaken by staff and
pupils/learners/trainees of the participating institutions and - in the case of mobility involving persons with special needs -
accompanying persons such as parents, guardians or carers. What is counted as "a mobility" is one trip abroad by one person. Only
transnational mobility (i.e. travel abroad) counts for the calculation of the minimum mobility numbers.
Please note: if an institution's mobility activities involve staff or pupils/learners/trainees with special needs, or travel to or from the
Overseas Countries and Territories, its mobility activities during the partnership period may be reduced by up to 50% of the minimum
mobility number for the grant amount in question, in order to take into account the higher costs involved. This reduction must be
requested by the institution either before the signature of the grant agreement or during the grant agreement period and approved
by the National Agency.

H. REQUESTED EU FUNDING
Funding requested and estimated number of persons participating in mobility (per participating organisation)
For each of the participating organisations, please select the "Partnership type" that best corresponds to your partnership work
plan for the whole 2 year duration. Please note that each type is linked to a minimum number of mobilities to be carried out during
the grant agreement period – these minimum numbers have to be respected when entering the numbers of planned pupil/learner/
trainee and staff mobility into the table. The grant amounts for each Partnership type are defined at national level and they can
vary from one country to another. Please make sure that, for each of the participating institutions, you have selected the grant
amounts applicable in the country and for the programme in question.
Please note: if an institution's mobility activities involve staff or pupils/learners/trainees with special needs, or travel to or from the Overseas Countries and Territories, its mobility activities during the partnership period may be reduced by up to 50% of the minimum mobility number for the grant amount in question, in order to take into account the higher costs involved. This reduction must be requested by the institution either before the signature of the grant agreement or during the grant agreement period and approved by the National Agency.
