• Emphasize skills• Elaborate on experiences gained

o Work with a staff of four community services advisors in an 88-student, freshman residence hall

o Create, plan and implement academic, cultural and social activities with the students

o Encourage and facilitate discussion of social, political and ethical questions among the students

o Build community spirit and guide residents in assuming responsibility
