Letter of Recommendation

Ms. Jennifer Liss, born 03.06.1993, was employed as an intern in our law firm from the 19.02 to the 19.03.2014.

Nachmann Attorneys is a medium sized commercial law firm with currently 22 Lawyers, which in its focus areas, counts as one of the leading independent commercial law offices in Germany. In addition to its restructuring and investment advice, these are mainly in corporate consulting, in the area of litigation, as well as in banking and capital market law.

Ms. Liss dealt with various legal issues for us, focusing her activities on the areas of general civil law, company law and insolvency law. Among Ms. Liss’ range of responsibilities were in particular drafting written submissions for the court, the preparation of evidence, as well as the participation in client meetings and court hearings. In addition, Ms. Liss helped solve extensive practical arbitration issues in the context of a larger corporate trial of the LCIA. Due to her excellent knowledge of the English and Russian language Ms. Liss could also be used in international mandates without hesitation.

Right from the start of her employment Ms. Liss was very interested in our work. Due to her quick mindedness, she always succeeded to gain a comprehensive overview of a new task within a very short time.

Ms. Liss is characterized by a very strong understanding for economic interrelations and extraordinary reliability. She combined strategic and conceptual thinking with practical solutions, which she always used purposefully and with excellent success. She also portrays an extraordinarily high degree of resilience and endurance.

Ms. Liss completed her tasks with great dedication and personal commitment. Thereby she was always structured and result oriented in the solving of problems. Ms. Liss always fulfilled the tasks conferred on her to our complete satisfaction.
