Make a paper snake using construction paper of contrasting colours.

What are contrasting colours?

They are a pair of colours that make each other look brighter.

They can be found opposite each other on the colour wheel.

Choose two contrasting colours and make a paper snake.

GuidelinesCut 3-cm wide strips of construction paper.

1st colour: 5 strips, 2nd colour: 5 strips

Loop the construction paper and seal with stapler or glue to form one link.

Create the snake chain.

GuidelinesMake sure you use contrasting colours, one after the other.

Attach the eyelets and tongue.
