“over-kill and a death trap. It will be a place where you will have head on collisions. If at some point the firemen cannot get through the maze that is being put in and someone dies because of a few seconds, I believe the city will get sued.”



I couldn’t believe that you and the rest of the council fell for what Dan Hartman said at the meeting a few months ago! And I can’t believe that you feel that speeds MUST be reduced to 15-20 mph in the middle of that block. What Dan said about putting in SIX raised crosswalks – four in the middle of the unpopulated block – was CRAZY, absolutely CRAZY! You only need to slow traffic at the intersections.



The councilors representing this area – Ward 2 councilor Joe Behm and District 1 councilor Saoirse Charis-Graves have seriously let us down.

significantly • outpaces U.S. and Colorado norms (39% and 42% thriving, respectively).

– A very high 77% agree that they are proud of their community. – 80% always feel safe and secure. – 61% reporting that they “can’t imagine living in a better community” – 76% reporting that their city/area is a “perfect place” for them. – Satisfaction with the city is high, reported by 93% of resident
