Introduction The ‘Leading in a multicultural environment programme’ is a development opportunity for the individual and consequently for her/his team and organisation to enable them to take advantage of business opportunities and challenges in multi-cultural environments. The programme is not a one-time event. It is a learning process that covers a period of time, and is run by world class facilitators from Denmark and Kenya who have many years experience across the globe. Objectives International leadership in cross cultural environment – knowledge, skills and attitudes Organisational culture awareness, analysis and development: becoming aware of and influencing the culture of the organisation and business environment Teamwork, including conflict management and working in a multi-cultural team Corporate Social Responsibility with enabling of community development projects Strategic Thinking and Acting: Action Planning and implementation, goal setting and achieving The Learning Journey The programme will start with a prepara- tion event in your country (1-day), and the main event will run in Kenya (East Africa) (6 days, plus at least 2 days travel time). A final wrap-up event will be run in your home country (1-day). Total time invest- ment: 8-days (plus at least 2 days travel) Your Investment Prices from US $ 5.500 ex. travel - per person.
