IntroductionThe ‘Leading in a multicultural environment programme’ is a development opportunity for the individual and consequently for her/his team and organisation to enable them to take advantage of business opportunities and challenges in multi-cultural environments.
The programme is not a one-time event. It is a learning process that covers a period of time, and is run by world class facilitators from Denmark and Kenya who have many years experience across the globe.
