Dear participant,

The following questionnaire includes 68 statements about Leadership Talents.

The statements aim at helping you identify your natural talents, which are defined as your ‘naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling or behavior’. These talents may not be strengths yet but they will raise your awareness of your natural way of doing things.

There are no right or wrong answers. Please choose the statements that describe you best spontaneously. You have 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

At the end of the questionnaire, you will find instructions about scoring your answers. After you have completed the scoring, please identify your 5 dominant talents.

The questionnaire and its results will be discussed during the workshop on the 7th July 2014. For this reason, you are kindly requested to print and bring the filled questionnaire with you. I would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the questionnaire and I look forward to meeting you at the workshop, Dr. Sophia Protopapa Strengths practitioner Workshop facilitator Note: The questionnaire has been developed based on Buckingham, M. & Clifton, D. (2004). Now Discover Your Strengths: How to Develop Your Talents and Those of the People You Manage’.

Leaders with dominant strength in the Executing domain know how to make things happen. When you need someone to implement a solution, these are the people who will work tirelessly to get it done. Leaders with a strength to execute have the ability to "catch" an idea and make it a reality.

People especially talented in:

1. Achiever have a great deal of stamina and work hard. They take great satisfaction from being busy and productive. 2. Arranger can organize, but they also have a flexibility that complements this ability. They like to figure out how all of the pieces and resources can be arranged

for maximum productivity. 3. Belief have certain core values that are unchanging. Out of these values emerges a defined purpose for their life.

4. Consistency are keenly aware of the need to treat people the same. They try to treat everyone in the world with consistency by setting up clear expectations and adhering to them.

5. Deliberative are best described by the serious care they take in making decisions or choices. They anticipate the obstacles. 6. Discipline enjoy routine and structure. Their world is best described by the order they create.
