Leadership Learning Plan 2014

Throughout my life, I have gone through a lot of easy and difficult days. Knowing

everything I have faced, I know I can pretty much accomplish anything I set my heart on. Being

twenty-two years old, I feel as if I am beyond mature for my age, and have a number of

responsibilities more in my life then a great deal of other women my age. Up until this point in

my life I have received an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assistant from McCann Scholl of

business and technology, I gave birth to my beautiful son while working full time, and attending

school full time. I gave birth to him June 14th, 2012. With my son in my life he makes me want to

do even better in life.

As of the moment I am attending school at Alvernia University studying Bachelor’s

Degree in Healthcare Science. I will be receiving my Bachelor’s Degree May 16th, 2015. Nothing

more I am looking forward to accomplishing this achievement. Not only will I feel just

wonderful about myself for doing all of this while having a child, working full time, and taking

classes full time but I am also very excited to show my little boy, that anything is possible.

Not only will I be graduating with my Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Science but also

shortly after graduation I am looking into right away starting my Master’s Degree. I will apply

into the Master’s Degree in Business Administration program. Taking this program I know will

be about another year of schooling, but I want to keep going through school and eventually be all

accomplished and competed before my son enters into school. So over in the course of five years

I am hoping to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Science, a Masters’ in Business

Administration, start my son in school, eventually get married or engaged, and of course by a

home.

With my Master’s Degree I am hoping to get into a hospital as a hospital administrator.

After I complete all of my life goals, continue to pay off all school loans, and I would like to be

very successfully in healthcare which I am certain I will be, and of course live life with my son,

family, and friends to the fullest and most of all, healthy.
