Going Green Routine Background
•October 2008 - VA Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) was assigned this project by the Chief of Staff for VHA Under Secretary for Health.
•Assignment - develop and implement sustainable (“green”) workplace policies that VHACO program offices can promote to fully utilize their resources and improve both VHACO and the global environment.

The Project includes five (5) Phases: 1. Research2. Action Plan3. Marketing and Communication Plan 4. Rollout of Initiatives and Policies 5. Transition & Pilot Project.
