LAUNCH TRADEFUNCTIONALITY IN AAX

HOW TO LAUNCH A TRADE WITH ANOTHER DEALER IN YOUR GROUP

1- Select a unit from your inventory.

2- The unit must be “booked” matched to the Black Book

(solid dot)

3- Click on the unit

INVENTORY UNITS

1- Once you are on the appraisal page, and the unit is

booked.

2- Or now is the time to “book” the unit

3- Click on the LAUNCH TRADE button.

APPRAISAL PAGE

1- The trade page opens.

2- In this instance AAX has detected that a sister location can use the unit that is in your

inventory.

3- Enter the amount you wish to get for your unit, and click

GO.

4- The sister location will receive an alert.

SUMMARY

The “Launch Trade” functionality provides an additional tool to quickly see if a vehicle in your inventory can be used by sister location.

We suggest that when doing your weekly review, apply the launch trade to vehicles that are becoming aged at your location.

Having the ability through AAX to quickly see if a vehicle is more desirable at another location provides added flexibility to retail vehicles in a timely fashion.
