STAAR UPDATE

Student test results are indicated on the Confidential Student Report

(CSR) and will not be delivered to districts until mid-June. Campuses will

send home Confidential Student Reports (CSRs) by Thursday, September

1, 2016. This does not include STAAR grades 5 and 8 mathematics and

reading test administrations. The Confidential Student Report (CSR) for

the STAAR grades 5 and 8 mathematics and reading will be provided to

parents before the end of the school year.

Beginning on Thursday, June 30, 2016, parents may view their child’s 2016

STAAR 3-8 test results using either the Home Access Center (HAC) or the

state Student Data Portal. The HAC will not be accessible from July 15 –

August 15, 2016. If you do not have internet access during the summer,

please contact your child’s campus.

In order to access the Student Portal, parents must have the child’s Unique

Access Code and the date of birth.

The Unique Access Code:

remains the same for the student during the entire state testing pro-

gram,

located on any past Confidential Student Report (CSR) in the bottom

right corner of the CSR, and

located in the Home Access Center (HAC).

The next page contains the directions on how to obtain test scores and the

unique access code.

Contact Brianna Pollinger at Kilpatrick 281-237-7600, if you have any

questions.
