an ultra-thin walled metal tube. It needs the utmost precision and utmost level

of symmetry. Stent Beat is a Fiber-laser based stent cutting machine, which

delivers maximum accuracy and ensures the best cutting edge finish by

minimizing defects such as the heat-affected zone, micro-cracks and welds.

This machine is constructed from an accurately polished Granite structure with

a welded single-piece steel frame that ensures absolute rigidity and

performance consistency. It is designed with an automatic tube feeding

mechanism and is compatible for carrying out both dry and wet cutting of

stent. Smartly harmonized high-performance standard laser coupled with a

direct drive motion system and advanced control architecture delivers a high

level of precision-cut under very tight stent profile and minimal geometry

errors. Besides, various stent profiles can be quickly set with advanced and

operator-friendly software.

Axis and Laser Rail Mounted on precisely lapped natural granite structure

that is rigidly housed in a robust frame structure, ensuring the highest level

Compatible for carrying out both, dry and wet cutting processes with

computer vision assisted tube centering mechanism

The brilliantly designed cutting head has a high precision vertical

adjustment and can work under tight clearance, delivering smooth and

accurate cutting

In-built Fiber Laser with the highest standard of reliability and user safety

standards provides the most stable laser beam that guarantees consistent

and precise cutting with the minimum heat-affected zone.

Direct drive non-contact motor, with encoder technology for both the

Linear and Rotary axes, exhibits significantly higher throughput with

maintenance-free operations and maintains the highest level of accuracy

over the long life of the stages.

Sealing design of the axes which allows secure wet cut processing

and CNC parameters, ultimately assures minimal geometry errors and
