Of the multiple LaRu’ G.D.N. sales channels, the Social Media channel is one of the more immediate sales channels you will have at your disposal, due the probability that you either already have Social Media capitol (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter etc.), or someone you know may be able to assist you in establishing it. More than 1.5 billion people across the globe use Social Media. Do you utilize this modern day phenomena? If so, think of all the “friends”, “followers”, and “retweets” you get or have. Many of those “likes” can translate into sales commissions for you and the Product Distributors in your Downline. So why not make money using your own social capital? Our strategy is to centralize this modern day phenomena by combining the collective social media capitol of our global force of Independent Product Distributors. This will lead us to embark upon innovative marketing campaigns that will include infomercials, advertisements, and promotions featuring all products and services distributed by LaRu’ G.D.N., beginning with our premier Morris Code Beauty product line.

Major Sites that will be Utilized In order to maximize both individual and collective effectiveness, it is imperative that each LaRu’ Product Distributor create accounts with the following Social Media websites. The initial five Social Media sites that all LaRu’ Product Distributors should sign up to during the first week following their seven day grace period after registration are as follows; Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and You Tube.

In any event, be sure that you have signed up with all five of these sites no later than the end of your first month being registered. Keep in mind that we will provide you with content and trending tools related to the product line you are selling. Your network can be used to increase your net worth!

Sign up with Twitter using your…. 1. Full Name 2. Username 3. Password 4. Email Address Twitter allows you to express yourself 140 Characters a time.

If you already have a Gmail account it is already integrated with YouTube, otherwise, you can go to youtube.com and sign up there. YouTube should only be used to show small video clips!!! Each company will have its own channel

We will share links to product videos, tutorials, infomercials, and reviews to all Product Distributors, which will assist them in sales, product knowledge and On-boarding.

Social Media Responsibility As we all know, the backspace button allows you to erase any words you type. However, due to technology, there is also a snap shot button. This button allows someone to take a picture of what they see, whether it’s good or bad, and keep it forever.

Therefore, it is imperative that we are aware of our social perception at all times when participating in any form of social media correspondence. Always be sure to communicate in a professional and ethical manner. Represent yourself well, your business well, and you will do well!

We all have personal lives, but be cautious as to how you are perceived by the public. “The camera is always on”. As a Product Distributor we expect that you never use social media or any other outlets in any form or manner that could reflect negatively upon your business, LaRu’ G.D.N. or the companies we provide services for.

The use of profanity or obscene language (that include but are not limited to pictures, videos, and text correspondences) are not allowed. At LaRu’ we support everyone’s right to the freedom of speech; so in order to ensure that no one’s personal views conflict with the views of LaRu’ G.D.N., we strongly suggest every Product Distributor create separate accounts for their personal use. LaRu’ G.D.N.’s Compliance Department will do routine spot checking on random accounts in order to protect both the LaRu’ brand, and that of the companies we serve.

Helpful Hints

Try to update your social media outlets throughout the day. The more active you are, the more engaged your audience will become. Be approachable and personal. From a recruitment standpoint, if perspective On-boards see how the business is successfully impacting your life, they are more likely to gravitate to you. From a sales standpoint, being approachable allows the customer who is not an impulse buyer to feel comfortable asking questions and engaging you.

Always check on LaRu’ social media outlets to stay on trend. We will provide you with content and trending tools. However, you can share and repost content from the main pages. It will give you more of an audience, and a way to add more people to your social network.
