The containers are spaced with the necessary distance to each other by the feed station and glue spots placed one above the other are applied onto the containers by the spin-spray method.

Filling station seamlessly integrated The filling station designed in accordance with the new Measuring Instrument Directive (MID) has been adapted precisely to the com-plete line and is integrated smoothly into the workflow. Absolute reliability is paired with a practical maintenance and cleaning concept. The integration of various filling systems is possible.

Process constantly striving for more profitThe fully-automatic filling line for various pail sizes is char-acterized by a process without interfaces. Once the pail stacks have been separated automatically, each pail is transported to an electromotive pushing rod conveyor system that guides the pails through the entire line. Consequently, malfunction-prone transfer points and space-consuming buffer zones at the single stations are eliminated.

600 pails per hourAfter the tightness check done by overpressure, the pails are positioned under the filling valve. The filling process is effected gravimetrically using a scale or volumetrically using a frequency-controlled pump and meets the latest European MID directives. Then the filled pails are automatically covered with lids and closed by pess-on rolls. The capacity is approx. 600 pails / hour depending on the viscosity of the product.
