Dear Friends:
Blessed New Year to you and your family! This feast day of the Epiphany (Three Kings) reminds us
once again to renew our faith and trust in the One who never changes…Jesus the Lord. Next weekend,
the Baptism of the Lord, will complete for us the Christmas Season—this week we will be removing all our
decorations and cleaning up our church and chapel. Thank you to everyone who contributed so generously in
our Christmas Decoration collection as well as YOUR gift to the parish for Christmas. So far your Christmas
Gift to the parish has surpassed our goals! Next week we will publish the exact numbers. Your generosity and
love for this parish is so beautiful. Those who were able to give $150 or more will soon be receiving an
invitation for a thank you reception.
May this New Year 2020 bring all of us happiness and peace!

The death of someone close to us can be difficult and challenging. During the meeting we have the opportunity to pray, listen and share. If you are not comfortable sharing…that’s ok! You can just come to pray and listen.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT TO JESUS THROUGH MARY The 20 mysteries of the Holy Rosary embody the life and relationship of Our Savior with his Mother, from the Incarnation to the Resurrection of our Lord, to the Coronation of Our Lady as Queen of heaven and earth. Praying the rosary is meditating on the foundation of our faith: that God so loved man that he gave his Only Begotten Son through the most holy Virgin Mary. God could have sent His Son directly to us, in all His power and glory. But in His infinite Wisdom, he chose a pure human being to bring His Son to the world. The surest way for us to be saved is to implore Mary to intercede for us.
OUR MISSION IS THEREFORE TO: -Increase our love & devotion to Mary by saying the Holy Rosary as often as we can, alone, or in groups,
-Encourage others to get closer to Mary by reciting the rosary and meditating on its mysteries & joining societies honoring Mary, -Congregate and celebrate Mary’s feast days, by attending Mass, doing good works,
ACTIVITIES DURING THE THURSDAY MEETINGS: Praying the Holy Rosary followed by short meditation led by Fr. Rich or Fr. Gildea
