There are some basic criteria necessary to achieve certification. If your Dealership falls short in any of these areas, consult your Kyocera Area Sales Manager (ASM) for ways they can help you update your infrastructure while you’re completing your certification.

REQUIREMENTS– An Active Remote Monitoring System

(K-RMS, PrintFleet, FMAudit).

– Fully trained Sales, Pre-Sales and Post Sales/Technical Services.

– Meet all Service Solutions Provider (SSP) requirements. Contact your Regional Technical Manager for details.

– In some cases, like the “Basic MPS Certification,” proof of comparable training may exempt you from that course.

– For instructor-led courses, your Kyocera ASM works with your Dealership to provide training at a location that’s convenient to you.
