Stoccaggio1. Tutti i prodotti della linea STABILE AL-P escono dalla

fabbrica confezionati in scatole di cartone, regolarmente etichettati per tipologia di prodotto e confezionati singolarmente con pellicola trasparente.

2. Una volta sbancalato, conservare i singoli elementi e/o accessori in luoghi adeguati, al riparo da possibili urti e in condizioni di protezione generale da tutti quegli agenti che potrebbero danneggiarli. STABILE S.p.A. non risponde di eventuali danni causati da incuria, inappropriato stoccaggio e utilizzo.

Storage1. All the products of the line STABILE AL-P leave the factory

packed in carton boxes, regularly labeled by product type and blistered individually.

2. After removing the products from the pallet, store them in adequate places, safe from possible shocks and in conditions of general protection from all agents that might damage them. STABILE S.p.A. is not responsible for any damage caused by negligence, inappropriate storage and use.

expédiés de l’usine dabs des cartons, étiquetés par typologie de produit et emballés individuellement dans un ˠLM�PLASTIQUE�

2. Une fois retirés de la palette, stocker les composants individuels et/ou les accessoires dans des endroits appropriés, à l’abri de possible chocs et en condition de protection générale à tous les agents qui pourraient les endommager. STABILE S.p.A. n’est pas responsable en cas de négligence, stockage et utilisation inappropriés.

Manutenzione1. Per mantenere inalterate nel tempo le caratteristiche

tecniche e prestazionali dei prodotti, si consiglia di controllare e/o pulire la linea STABILE AL-P in base alle leggi e/o normative vigenti.

2. La manutenzione del sistema deve essere eseguita con periodicità regolare, nel rispetto delle prescrizioni di Legge e/o dei regolamenti locali. In assenza di tali indicazioni applicare la periodicità prescritta nella UNI 10683:2012, capitolo 8.2 - “periodicità delle operazioni” con riferimento al prospetto 13.

3. La pulizia della linea STABILE AL-P dovrà essere eseguita con attrezzature adeguate nel rispetto delle disposizioni legislative in materia di tutela della sicurezza e della salute dei lavoratori.

4. Per la pulizia delle pareti interne della linea STABILE AL-P si dovrà utilizzare una spugna, un panno o una spazzola di plastica morbida. NON UTILIZZARE SPAZZOLE, SPUGNE O

PANNI ABRASIVI. Non utilizzare solventi aggressivi o acidi.5. Dove installato un sistema di raccolta della condensa, VERIˠCARE� IL� CORRETTO� SMALTIMENTO� DI� QUESTĈULTIMA� E� SE necessario pulire o sostituire le parti interessate

6. In corrispondenza della manutenzione programmata (vedi PUNTO� �� MANUTENZIONE�� AI� ˠNI� DI�MANTENERE� UN� ELEVATO�STANDARD� DI� SICUREZZA�� SI� CONSIGLIA� DI� VERIˠCARE� LĈINTEGRITǵ delle guarnizioni di tenuta ogni qualvolta gli elementi della linea STABILE AL-P vengono smontati, sostituendole, se necessario, con ricambi originali, rieseguendo i test di tenuta (H1).

7. 6ERIˠCARE�CHE� IL�SISTEMA�DI�SCARICO�GARANTISCA�UN�CORRETTO smaltimento dei prodotti della combustione e che sia strutturalmente sicuro, come previsto dal DPR 412.

Maintenance1. In order to keep the prescribed technical and operating

conditions of the products unchanged in time, we suggest to check/clean the line STABILE AL-P in accordance with the current regulations and laws.

2. 4HE�MAINTENANCE�OF�THE�ˡUE�SYSTEM�SHALL�BE�PERFORMED�ON�a regular basis in compliance with the local Laws and/or regulations.

3. The cleaning of the line STABILE AL-P shall be performed using the appropriate tools and in accordance with the provisions regarding the health and the safety of workers.

4. For the cleaning of the inner walls of the line STABILE AL-P you shall use a sponge, or a soft plastic scrubber. DO NOT

USE ANY ABRASIVE BRUSHES, SPONGES OR CLOTHS. Do not use aggressive or acid solvents.

5. Where a system of condensate collection is installed, check the proper disposal of the condensates and, where appropriate, clean or replaces the necessary parts.

6. At the semi-annual scheduled maintenance (see point 1 - maintenance), in order to keep a high safety level, we suggest to check the integrity of the sealing gaskets whenever the elements of the line STABILE AL-P are disassembled, to replace, where appropriate, the gaskets with original spare parts and to re-perform the tightness tests (H1).

7. Make sure that the drainage system ensures a proper disposal of the combustion products and that is structurally safe, as prescribed by the DPR 412.

Maintenance1. !ˠN� DE� MAINTENIR� INCHANGǾES� LES� CARACTǾRISTIQUES

4. Pour le nettoyage des parois intérieures de la gamme STABILE AL-P on devra utiliser une éponge, un chiffon ou une brosse plastique souple. NE PAS UTILISER DE BROSSES,

EPONGES OU CHIFFONS ABRASIFS. Ne pas utiliser de solvants agressifs ou acides.

5. Là où est installé un système de récupération des CONDENSATS�� VǾRIˠER� LEUR� CORRECTE� ǾLIMINATION� ET� SI nécessaire nettoyer ou remplacer les parties intéressées.

6. ,ORS� DE� LA� MAINTENANCE� PLANIˠǾE� �VOIR� POINT� �� MAINTENANCE�� AˠN� DE� MAINTENIR� UN� NIVEAU� DE� SǾCURITǾ ǾLEVǾ�� IL� EST� RECOMMANDǾ� DE� VǾRIˠER� LĈINTǾGRITǾ� DES� JOINTS chaque fois que les éléments de la gamme STABILE AL-P sont démontés, en les remplaçant par des pièces de rechange d’origine si nécessaire et en ré-exécutant le test d’étanchéité (H1).

7. 6ǾRIˠER� QUE� LE� SYSTǽME� DĈǾVACUATION� ASSURE� LĈǾLIMINATION appropriée des produits de combustion et qu’il soit structurellement sûr, tel que prévu par la loi.

Istruzioni d’installazione1. I componenti della linea STABILE AL-P devono essere INSTALLATI�SOLO�DA�PERSONALE�QUALIˠCATO�

2. )NSTALLARE�SECONDO� LE�MODALITǵ�DEˠNITE�DAL� COSTRUTTORE�DEL�generatore di calore.

3. Prima di effettuare qualunque operazione si raccomanda di togliere l’alimentazione elettrica dall’apparecchio (fare riferimento al manuale dell’apparecchio stesso).

4. Gli elementi vanno installati con la freccia (stampata sull’etichetta del singolo pezzo) orientata nella direzione dei fumi (femmina verso l’alto).

5. Assemblare gli elementi accertandosi che la guarnizione (premontata sul pezzo) rimanga nella propria sede e che non venga danneggiata durante l’assemblaggio stesso. !L� ˠNE�DI� EVITARE� IL� DETERIORAMENTO� DELLE� GUARNIZIONI��NON

UTILIZZARE� LUBRIˠCANTI� DESTINATI� AD� ALTRI� IMPIEGHI� �OLIO motore, olio per circuiti idraulici, olio vegetale o animale).

6. Installare il tappo in abbinamento al raccordo a T.7. Applicare un supporto murale ogni 1.8 mt, se ne consiglia

comunque uno ad ogni elemento rettilineo e di posizionare un supporto murale dopo ogni spostamento.

8. Rispettare tassativamente le prescrizioni fornite nella D.O.P. per la distanza da materiale combustibile.

9. Nel caso si utilizzi la linea STABILE AL-P per l’intubamento di vecchie canne fumarie in muratura (utilizzare elementi diritti con spessore di 1.5 mm) si faccia riferimento ALLA� NORMA� 5.)� �� CRITERI� DI� VERIˠCA�� RISANAMENTO� ristrutturazione, intubamento).

10. Terminata l’installazione del sistema, eseguire i test di tenuta e l’analisi di combustione.

11. 1UALORA� LĈINSTALLAZIONE� COMPORTASSE� MODIˠCHE� STRUTTURALI dei componenti, decadrà la garanzia della casa e la responsabilità del produttore.

Installation instructions1. The components of the line STABILE AL-P shall be installed

only by high skilled workmen.2. Install in accordance with the prescriptions given by the

manufacturer of the heat generator.3. Before any operation we recommend to unplug the

appliance (refer to the manual of the appliance).4. The elements shall be installed with the arrow (marked

on the label of every single piece) pointing towards the DIRECTION�OF�THE�ˡUE�GASES��FEMALE�SIDE�UPWARDS�

5. Install the elements making sure that the gasket (pre-mounted on the piece) remains in its seat and that it is not damaged during the assembly. Where appropriate, lubricate the gasket with the special lubricant (art. code AC SCISP) to facilitate the coupling of the various components. In order to avoid the deterioration of the gaskets, DO NOT USE lubricants intended for other uses (motor oil, oil for hydraulic circuits, vegetal or animal oil).

6. Install the cap combined with the Tee.7. Apply a wall support every 1,8 mt, we suggest in any case

one wall support at every straight element and one at every shift.

8. Strictly respect the prescriptions given in the Declaration of Performance (D.o.P.) concerning the distance from combustible materials.

9. In case you use the line STABILE AL-P for relining old brick chimneys (use straight elements with 1,5mm thickness) PLEASE�REFER�TO�THE�3TANDARD�5.)��VERIˠCATION�CRITERIA��restoration, restructuring, relining).

10. After completing the installation of the system, perform the tightness tests and the combustion analysis.

11. Should the installation require structural changes of the components, this will void the guarantee and the responsibility of the Manufacturer.

Instructions d’installation1. Les composants de la gamme STABILE AL-P ne doivent ǿTRE�INSTALLǾS�QUE�PAR�DU�PERSONNEL�QUALIˠǾ�

2. Installez-les conformément aux procédures prévues par le fabricant de l’appareil de chauffage.

3. Avant toute opération, il est recommandé de débrancher l’alimentation électrique de l’appareil (se reporter au manuel).

4. ,ES�ǾLǾMENTS�DOIVENT�ǿTRE�MONTǾS�AVEC�LA�ˡǽCHE��IMPRIMǾE�sur l’étiquette de chaque élément) orientée dans le sens des fumées (femelle au début).

5. Assemblez les éléments en s’assurant que le joint d’étanchéité (prémonté sur la pièce) reste dans son siège et qu’il ne soit pas endommagé pendant le montage. Si NǾCESSAIRE�� LUBRIˠEZ� LE� JOINT�DĈǾTANCHǾITǾ�AVEC� LE� LUBRIˠANT�spécial (Réf. AC SCISP) pour faciliter le couplage des éléments.

6. Montez le bouchon en combinaison avec le T.7. Montez un support mural tous les 1,8 mètres. Il est

recommandé, toutefois, de monter un support mural à chaque élément droit après chaque déplacement.

8. Respectez strictement les exigences prévues dans la Déclaration de Performance (D.d.P.) concernant la distance du matériel combustible.

9. Si vous utilisez la Gamme STABILE AL-P pour la canalisation de vielles cheminées en briques (utilisez éléments droits avec épaisseur 1,5mm) reportez vous à la norme UNI 10845 �CRITǽRES� DE� VǾRIˠCATION�� RǾORGANISATION�� RESTRUCTURATION� canalisation).

10. Après l’installation du système, faites les tests d’étanchéité et l’analyse de la combustion.

11. Si l’installation entraînait des changements structurels, la garantie de la maison n’interviendrait pas et la responsabilité du producteur ne serait pas engagée.

Applications1. La gamme STABILE AL-P ne peut être utilisée que pour des

appareils de chauffage travaillants avec des granulés.2. La température maximale des gaz de combustion ne doit

pas dépasser 200°C avec des pics admis de 250°C.
