K600 HP series Knife Gate Valve is a High Performance bi-directional valve designed for High

Pressure applications. This valve is a 300 class valve will withstand up to 40 bar working pressure.

Rigid body and Seal construction will ensures long life to the valve. UHMW material ring guides the

gate during opening and closing and protects the seal from damage. Free holes provided in the

flange bolting is help full during pipeline commissioning. Both Gland and Gland less packing will

be available on request. Rubber lined and in build ‘O’ Ring provided in the retainer ring will increase

the packing efficiency. The Sleeve are easily replaced without disassembling the valve. The flushing

plate option allows for periodic cleaning of the lower discharge vent and allows flushing as needed.

A cavity free flow path offers minimum pressure drop.

Yoke : Manufactured with IS 2062 material and actuator mounding holes as per ISO 5211

Stem : Manufactured with SS 410 / SS 304 with in build Disc holder. Stem protecting Bellows are optional, will be provided on request.

Stem pin : Manufactured with SS 410 / SS 304

Gland less Packing : Molded with Rubber and mild steel plate. Grease nipples provided for frequent lubrication which will increase the seal life. In build O’ Ring will reduce leak during opening and closing. (Gland packing also available on request) Gate : Manufactured with Duplex / 17-4 PH with abrasive resistance coating depending on the applications and working conditions.

Body : 300 class Rigid split body design which will also made compatible for 150 class flange on request. Material as per the application.

Protecting Ring : Manufactured with wear resisting polymer to guide the gate and improve seal life.

Sleeve : Two piece heavy elastomer sleeve with internal relief void will give supreme performance at any suitable working conditions.

Retainer Ring : Rubber molded Retainer Ring with in build O’ Ring will reduce flange leak in the pipe line.

Flushing Plate : This option allows periodic cleaning of the lower discharge opening and allows flushing as needed.

Thicker E-Seal design will give 100 % bubble tight shutoffin full open and full closed condition which will withstandup to 40 bar working pressure. Internal groove provided in the seal will give flexibility for gate movement.

K1500 KONCH Knife Gate Valve is a High abrasive resistance bi-directional valve designed for Mining, Mineral

processing and Coal fired power palnt applications. This valve is a ANSI class 150 rated valve and shall withstand

up to 10 bar working pressure. Replaceable highly abrasive resistance premium urethane moulded primary seal

shall withstand up to 120°C and give high resistance to corrosion and erosion. Valves perform extremely well in

both large and fine coarse mineral processing , and are built to withstand the world’s most severe duty abrasive

slurry applications. Purgeless keros valve ensures zero leakage to the atmosphere and provides highest safety

to adjacent costly equipments. Self - flushing design avoids trapping of solid particles in the beveled inner

surface of seal.
