KlassikDrain - K100/KS100

K900 in-line pitIn-line pit providing DN100 pipe connection through cast-inrubber ‘O’ ring, when plastic insert is removed. Available withplastic rubbish basket.

Any channel can be connected into the in-line pit by removinga section of the end wall to the correct height. Drill-outsguide this connection to channel K5, K10, K15, K20, K25and K30. Not recommended for channel nos. K31-K60.

End/100mm inlet/outlet capFits all channels. Manufactured from greyABS to complement edge rail. Guides aidcutting to correct height. Socketconnection to DN100 pipes. Seal pipe toend cap using PVC-ABS cement.

Note: For channels K1-K10,ACO recommends removal ofsocket to ensure adequatepavement material coverage.

For channels K31-K60, two endcaps are required. Cut secondend cap, discard socket andglue to first end cap to therequired height.

Series 600, Universal Junction PitUniversal pit with drill-outs for DN150 orDN225 pipe connection. Suppliedcomplete with grate. Available with plasticrubbish basket.

Any channel can be connected into the pitby removing a section of the end wall tothe correct height. See page 56 for details.

One metre channels0.6% sloped channels in metre lengthsand 60 depths which connect to create 60 metre continuous sloped run.

Neutral channels available in seven depths. Can be assembled to

produce constant depth runs, orinserted in sloped runs to

KS100, a version of the KlassikDrainK100 system where the integrally cast-inedge rail is manufactured from grade 304stainless steel instead of galvanised steel.

KS100 is used for high profileapplications requiring enhancedaesthetics, or where increased corrosionresistance is required.

ACO does not recommend the use ofgalvanised steel grates with KS100 asthis may cause galvanic corrosion.

QuickLok - boltless locking system

Comprised of a glass nylon stud, factory fitted to the grate, which allows a snap fit intothe stainless steel spring clip in the locking bar. With no loose bolts or bars, QuickLokprovides secure boltless locking, that is easy to remove/replace for maintenance andcleaning. Saves time and money during installation.
