Introduction OUR COMPANY We introduce to you Kingsworth Property Investment Ltd, an estate developing company with the vision to provide affordable and conducive accommodation to middle-class of Nigeria society especially residents of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and its environ. In achieving our objectives Kingsworth Property Investment Ltd developed a Social Housing Scheme with Fractional Ownership Housing Estates and Apartments Model and secure support of Some Chinese firms to provide credit facilities through supply of materials for construction in a relatively new and developing environment to enhance affordability and high return-on-investment for our investors.

The Need Nigeria currently is estimated to have 16 million deficiency in housing needs and research have shown that the growing population of Nigeria will be within the range of 250 Million by 2030 hence there is need for renewed thinking in acquiring, financing and building of residential homes. Based on growing population of Nigeria and the pressure on existing housing units in Abuja and its environs, coupled with rising cost of rent in FCT, there is need for pragmatic approach to providing affordable accommodations. He currently oversees Kingsworth Properties Investment Ltd and all its subsidiaries. Alex is a member of Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association, Nigerian Society of Engineers and various other professional organisations. He is married with two sons. Judith AKINLOSOTU, (Esq) Judith is the director of Legal service and the Company Secretary. She holds an LL.B from Madonna University and B.L from Nigeria Law School (2008) and currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Oil and Gas Law from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. Her expertise is in creating legal agreements on major project transactions and in handling litigation issue useful in repositioning the firm which also creates the assurance that clients satisfaction at Kingsworth does not conflict with legal compliance. She is a professional member of Nigeria Bar Association and married with two children. Lawrence FADUGBA (MNIOB)

Lawrence is the Director of Project. He has been active building practise in the last 12 years .He has successfully completed several building projects and housing estate across Nigeria in the last 12 years of his building career. He holds an HND in Building Technology from Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria and also pursing his Masters Degree in same field in Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State. He is an active member of Nigeria Institute of Building, NIOB and he is married with a son.

Grace OJOMA Grace holds an MBA and currently serves as the Head of Administration. She come with several years’ experience in managing people and resources. She is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management. Fredrick ONOJA Fredrick is a member of Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyor and Valuers (NIESV). He currently works on site as the Project Manager. He is a level-headed professional with many years of experience in Real Estate sector of Nigerian economy.
