Metodika
1. Mokslinės literatūros paieška PubMed duomenų bazėje pagal raktinius žodžius: „kineziologinis
teipavimas ir raumenys“ („kinesio taping and muscle“), „kineziologinis teipavimas ir rankos
funkcija“ („kinesio taping and hand“), „kineziologinis teipavimas ir reumatoidinė ranka“ (kinesio
taping and rheumatoid hand“) .
2. Rastos mokslinės literatūros apžvalga ir analizė.
Rezultatai
Pagal raktinius žodžius rasti 45 straipsniai, publikuoti 2006-2013m. Iš jų atrinkti 20 straipsnių,
kuriuose tiksliausiai pateikiama informacija pagal darbo uždavinius. Mokslinių straipsnių, kuriuose tirtas KT
poveikis raumenų jėgai rezultatai vertinami prieštaringai [12; 13; 19]: dalis autorių pastebėjo padidėjusią
raumenų jėgą ir pagerėjusį raumenų aktyvavimą [1; 8; 9; 10; 11; 15; 16], tačiau kituose straipsniuose
poveikio raumenims nepastebėta [2; 5; 6; 7; 14; 17; 20].
Norint išsiaiškinti KT poveikį rankos funkcijai tyrimuose buvo vertinama plaštakos griebimo jėga.
Autoriai nurodo, kad taikant KT plaštakos griebimo jėgos pokyčių nepastebėta, tačiau straipsniuose buvo
tirtas trumpalaikis efektas [3; 4], straipsnių, kuriuose būtų tirtas ilgalaikis efektas nebuvo rasta.
Taikant KT pacientams sergantiems RA, buvo pastebėtas statistiškai reikšmingas plaštakos griebimo
jėgos padidėjimas lyginant su kontroline grupe [18].
Išvados
1. Kineziologinio teipavimo poveikis raumenų jėgai yra vertinamas prieštaringai.
2. Tiriant trumpalaikį kineziologinio teipavimo poveikį, plaštakos griebimo jėgos padidėjimas nebuvo
nustatytas.
3. Taikant kineziologinį teipavimą sergantiesiems RA pastebėtas reikšmingas plaštakos griebimo jėgos
padidėjimas.

Darbo tikslas
Įvertinti ergoterapijos efektyvumą pacientams po klubo sąnario endoprotezavimo operacijos.
Darbo uždaviniai
1. Ištirti pacientų po klubo sąnario endoprotezavimo operacijos savarankiškumą prieš kasdienės
veiklos mokymą.
2. Ištirti pacientų po klubo sąnario endoprotezavimo operacijos savarankiškumą po kasdienės
veiklos mokymo.
3. Įvertinti pacientų po klubo sąnario endoprotezavimo operacijos savarankiškumo dinamiką.
Tyrimo metodika
Tyrimui atlikti yra paruoštos dvi skirtingos anketos. Jos paruoštos pagal mokslinėje literatūroje
esantį pavyzdį [4], išverstos į lietuvių kalbą ir atvirkščiai nepriklausomų vertėjų, patikslintos klausimų
formuluotės, atliktas bandomasis tyrimas su pacientais besigydančiais sanatorijoje po kelio sąnario
endoprotezavimo operacijos (n=8). Bandomojo tyrimo metu nebuvo pastebėta klaidų, pacientai pateiktas
