ALL SIGNS ARE POINTING UP! After improved reports coming back through the media over the last few months we are starting to

see an emergence of a much better selling market.... finally.

According to leading property analysts key areas of population growth and housing demands are

starting to have a positive impact on our real estate market.

And that’s good news if you’re thinking of selling in the near future as it appears that the real es-

tate bust is well and truly over.

I am please to say that in my experience we are starting to see an improvement in our area as

well, with low levels of properties for sale, fiercely competitive rental demand , low interests rates

looking to stay put for now has all resulted in more buyers in the market place and properties selling

faster and for better dollars.

After 5 low years across the Perth Market, a high of 18,500 listings across Perth in April 2010

(approximately 65 For Kardinya) to today’s low of 11,973 (28 for Kardinya) it’s no surprise to me that

the reports are coming in strong.

The demand is coming back, but sellers are holding off which has us poised for a strong winter

and spring selling season in front of us.

Of course Kardinya has fared well compared to other areas mainly due to our location and infra-

structure which is sure to help strengthen our market and buyers confidence continues to climb.

With Fiona Stanley Hospital well under way and a talking point for many buyers and investors

looking to jump in on the strong rental demand already here with the university making up for much

of this.

I know that I am looking forward to the next few months as they unfold.

And I will continue reporting back to you exactly how we are tracking, to help keep your finger on

the pulse...
