1. Please always send your orders by fax or e-mail. In the form it is essential to be written the model, type of glass and dimensions in millimetres (mm). Moreover a sketch is re-quired.

2. Always confirm the order with your customer and receive partial payment in advance. It is forbidden an order given to our company to be cancelled.

3. The cabins are usually delivered in 35 working days from receipt of order. It may, however, because of construction pe-culiarities the delivery time to be increased.

4. Returns are not accepted.

5. The products travel at purchaser’s risk. In case of damage (partial or total) customers are required to proceed directly with the forwarder agent by written letter of complaint.

6. The custom cabins are not produced into mas-sive production. Each piece of cabin produced sepa-rately for each customer in specific dimensions. The safety tempered glass provides the maximum safety and resistance. The glass are not suitable for any modifica-tion, cutting or conversion.

7. The transmission of your order signify acceptance of these trading conditions.

Specifications1. METAL PARTSAll metal parts of cabins are brass high quality chrome plat-ed. To clean the metal parts of the cabin use only water, white vinegar and soft cloth. You must never use cleaning deter-gents.

2. GLASS All glasses of custom cabins are security 8mm thick (tem-pered) and have a special treatment “anti calcare treat-ment” which removes the water and prevents the setting of salts. Each glass surface (tempered glass) has special certifi-cation stamp. In case of breaking the glass breaks into small granules protecting people from serious injury.

3. RUBBER PARTS All rubber parts (rubber, magnets, and rubber sinks) are made of special anti fungal material which guarantees hy-giene, sealing and perfect operation.

4. GUARANTEE All custom cabins accompanied with a 5 year written guaran-tee and supported by full stock of spare parts.

GUARANTEEWe guarantee the quality of our products and substitute free of charge those items that will be recognized as defective. Nothing can be claimed for repayment of customer’s repair. Karag does not guarantee any at its products when wrongly handled or installed.

PROPERTYShould the goods be delivered before payment by the pur-chaser of all amounts due arising from the contract, the goods remain in the properly of the supplier until full pay-ment has been made, that is to say, where this is permitted by the law of the country in which the goods are. Should the law concerned not permit proprietorial rights, but grand the supplier other rights of reservation of goods, the supplier is empowered to exercise all of the said rights. The purchaser is bound by contract to cooperate in all measures taken by the supplier in order to protect his right of ownership, or other applicable right to the goods. Should the purchaser not com-ply with the terms of payment, such as in the case of protest of bill of exchange or cheque, he loses all his right of disposal of the delivered goods. The supplier is entitled to withdraw the delivered goods without grant of respite and without in-volving retirement from contract, by deterioration of the fi-nancial standing or default on the part of the purchaser. All costs there by involved will be debited to the purchaser. Mod-els and sketches are issued only on loan. The purchaser is fully responsible that articles manufactured to his specifica-tion or sample does not involve infringement of trademark or other rights of a third party. The supplier reserves the right of surplus or short shipment up to 10% for articles specially manufactured.

PATTERNSKarag reserve itself to make changes in product if technically necessary.

DISPUTEShould any dispute arise between the parties, the Court of Serres will have full jurisdiction to all legal purposes.

All orders are accepted according to the following sale condi-tions, which are part of the sale contract.

ORDERSOrders are to be intended accepted only after issuing of our order confirmation. No request for changes of order confir-mation (regarding payment condition, delivery terms, prices or products) will be accepted if communicated after 2 days from order confirmation date. Order cancelation is not pos-sible without our written agreement.

DELIVERY TERMSAgreed delivery dates are not binding. The date of delivery be-comes effective after elucidation of all details of the contract, as soon as notification of possession of the import license, where such license may necessary has been made to sup-plier. The required advance payment and/or necessary letter of credit in favor of the supplier must have been presented. Date of delivery is the day on which the goods are ready for dispatch from our company. Difficulties of delivery on the part of the supplier or his supplier, either unforeseen or through no fault on the part of the supplier, as well as knowledge of a deterioration in the financial status or solvency of the pur-chaser, entitles the supplier to withdraw from the contract, without right of regression the part of the purchaser. Illustra-tions, statements of weight and measures are not binding. All rights are reserve for constructive alteration. Place and date of transfer of risk to purchaser will be in accordance with IN-COTERMS 2000 where no arrangements have been agreed to by the supplier in his confirmation of order.

TRANSPORTSProducts are normally delivered ex-factory. Even if the goods are delivered door-to-door, products travel at purchaser’s risk. In case of damage (partial or total) customers are re-quested to proceed directly with the forwarder agent by writ-ten letter of complain.

CLAIMSAny claim on the quantity/quality of the delivered pieces has to be made within 8 days by written letter of complaint.

REPLACEMENTAll replacements have to be requested by written form and authorized from our company. No return of goods will be ac-cepted without previous written authorization. The shipment of the defective goods back to us is to be intended or client’s charge and documents must include a copy of the warranty pass and shipment data. (invoice number and item refer-ence).
