Executive Coaching...is an integrated development process which helps individuals to grow through the setting and achievement of goals. Goals in which they believe passionately, both personally and professionally. It is then about tapping into the individual's unique experience, talents, and wisdom, coaxing out improvements, be it a new product, a new way of doing business, or a new way of interacting with and leading others. Simply put, coaching enables the individual to fulfil their potential, and a coaching culture enables the organisation to do the same. It is the facilitation of learning and development with the purpose of improving performance and enhancing effective action, goal achievement and personal satisfaction. It invariably involves growth and change, whether that is in perspective, attitude or behaviour. Executive coaching drives a culture of high engagement and posit ively focused energy throughout the organisation. It is used most effectively with those individuals who have responsibility for the current and future success of the organisation and who have the potential to develop and change. Almost every high-performing executive has had a mentor or a coach to challenge them, help them process and overcome inevitable obstacles, be that sounding board and be an impartial collaborator in strategic planning and decision-making.

Our PhilosophyWe embrace four essential elements...

1. Knowing Self: Self awareness is the first step. An important part of the process is an understanding of how the individual is working currently, as well as reflecting on their key strengths and challenges

2. Own Yourself: We encourage each individual to be prepared to be accountable for the effect they have on others and understanding their Social Identity. The coaching supports the individual to think creatively and develop their thinking to produce realistic and effective strategies for them, their team and for their organisations.

3. Be Yourself: Demonstrate authenticity. Being clear on values and having courage to be themselves. The coach supports the individual as they pursue the achievement of their goals. with authenticity. The coach will focus on execution of intentions, retain emphasis on success and capture learning.

4. Help others to do the same: Encouraging, empowering others and supporting others voices of leadership. Does your leadership enable others to take up leadership roles?

We live in an era of increased competition, tight budgets, smaller profit margins, downsized workforces and increasing stakeholder expectations. Many employees are struggling to achieve the goals of the organisation whilst operating with fewer resources. This reality has forced executives to seek out more innovative methods of creating an edge that will help them fulfil their potential and deliver success against the organisational goals, successfully navigating the very thin line between success and failure. Many organisations are finding that an investment in Executive Coaching is the difference that enables them to build and maintain a culture of excellence.

Our ProcessEvery executive coaching relationship is precisely tailored and our process is made up of five steps:

• Step One: Inquiry Engagement and setting the foundation.

• Step Two: Discovery, Information Gathering and Coaching Plan. (This can include shadowing and direct observation.)

• Step Three: Design and Development The coaching sessions. Co-creation of strategies and next steps Regular confidential meetings (usually face-to-face, blended with telephone coaching and e-mail support).

• Step Four: Embedding Change and Review. Review and evaluation of the coaching relationship will take place at key milestones.

• Step Five: Evaluation, Review and Follow-up. Next steps

A coaching programme is usually 6-12 months in duration. goals and longer term aspirations. To incorporate an organisational dimension, the manager is frequently involved at the outset. The format of the coaching is based on an agreed period of time or number of sessions which is determined by the client’s agenda and needs.

Executive Coaching offers a flexible approach to leadership that can be delivered in the workplace; typically one-to-one sessions will last from 60 to 90 minutes. The secessions re far less intrusive than taking an executive, senior manager out of the of the business for hours or days at a time.

Organisations

Within organisations...

Executive Coaching is often thought of a service which is provided face to face to individuals, however the growth of technology means that most coaching assignments now take place remotely using the telephone and internet as service providers. Increasingly, organisations are also adopting group/team coaching processes to both reduce costs and to make coaching more accessible at different levels throughout the organisation. We provide group coaching as an excellent support for managers and employees who want to work on real time problem solving. This offers a great way to drive higher levels of engagement through management change initiatives. Group work is co-created and can include workshops, masterclasses and seminars stand-alone or integrated with one-to-one coaching.

The concept of the "mastermind alliance" was formally introduced by Napoleon Hill in his timeless classic, "Think And Grow Rich," though mastermind groups have been around since the beginning of time.

"When two or more people co-ordinate in a spirit of harmony and work with a definite objective or purpose, they place themselves in position, through alliance, to absorb power directly from the great storehouse of Infinite Intelligence.” (Napoleon Hill)
