My name is Erica and I am the Owner and Principal Designer for Studio B Design Group in Dallas. I have

been practicing commercial and residential design since 2005. Kaitlyn Johnson has been in my employ

as a designer for our firm.

Kaitlyn came to join our company in May of this year. She came highly recommended by the Art

Institute. Kaitlyn’s passion for design was evident from our first meeting, and her eye for design detail and big picture concepts is both refreshing and helpful. Kaitlyn operated in a Design Assistant roll, assisting with both our small scale commercial projects and residential jobs. She greatly assisted us with the organization of both or projects and computer systems, helping our company run more smoothly. She became skilled in putting together our design presentations in powerpoint format, and pulling fabrics and materials for schemes. Kaitlyn was very trustworthy with our company accounts and we entrusted her with many tasks large and small. At this time we have elected to keep our company small and wait to grow further. Unfortunately that included letting our only designer, Kaityln, go. I would gladly re-employ if possible. Kaitlyn would be a wonderful asset to any company and will cheerfully take on any tasks and achieve them quickly, efficiently, and with passion. She deserves to land at a wonderful company that will take full advantage of her skills and desire to please. I sincerely hope you will consider
