Music: Today’s NEED Music gives serenity and peace . Listening to music creates positive vibrations in the mind which ward off negativity, thus

shielding the mind from becoming depressed. Music, especially upbeat tunes, can take your mind off what stresses you,

and

help you feel more optimistic. Music can improve one’s mood by reducing stress and lowering anxiety levels, which can help

counteract or prevent depression. Listening to soft, serene music for only 30 minutes a day for two weeks helps in

overcoming depression.

Alzheimer’s and Dementia are two of the diseases most commonly treated with music therapy. Music therapy helps stroke

victims recover faster and with more success by increasing the patient’s positive emotions and motivation, allowing them to

be more successful.

Music can provide a sense of independence and individuality, which in turn contributes to one’s own self -discovery and sense

of identity.

So friends lets all move with the rhythm of music

A Friend

A friend is like a flower,

a rose to be exact,

or may be like a brand new gate,

that never comes unlatched,

A friend is like an owl both

beautiful and wise,

or perhaps a friend is like a ghost

whose spirit never dies,

A friend is like a heart that goes

Our School

About 3 ½ years ago we shifted to Belagavi. The main change in this shifting was looking for a new school for me. When I first visited the school it just bonded with me. The scenic layout, lots of open space around made me wont to dance. School started and as got more and more acquainted the bound grew and keeps

on growing. The

warm ambience, teachers who not only teach but

care about each people, the helpful support and our dynamic

Principal mam have all

together formed a team. This is helping the

school grow by leaps and bounds. The cocurricular activities which

are intermingled with

studies keeps the minds of the students

fresh. Sports which also plays an important part has kept them on

their toes. All this is the

reason that within short time the strength

has grown from 100 (when I joined) to 500+ students and growing.

Achieving Dreams

A dream is a seed

The seed of tree A tree full of life and the thing you can be

Your dreams are your windows

Through which you can see A hint of your future

And the thing you will be

Each night when you sleep

you’re feeding the seed

The seed of tree

of who you will be.
